I have a problem with ZIN play . The app is not responding and it keeps skipping all the songs on my playlist. I also updated the app but it’s still the same

Hi ZIN instructors Has anyone been having issues with songs stopping after about a 30 seconds during a class and then not playing any other songs fully. I’m an Apple user and just updated the app to latest version ( but this happened before the update) My phone was also on airplane mode at the time Many thanks🎵
