I have a problem with ZOSICloud , Zosi Cloud. It initially worked great, but now using my cloud ID I can not remote view while away from my WIFI. initially I could view all 8 cameras. Now I only get the first 4 cameras. I contacted the support team and they asked for more information, to which I provided them only to get a response that the case is now closed. This has happened 3 times. I am on the 4th time now and again they sent me a link for how to view the cameras on my monitor, not the problem. The problem is that you can not choose 8 cameras when setting up the cloud ID on ZOSICloud . You can only choose the amount of cameras using the IP address, but I can not view the IP ones while away from the house. I will change this review if and when I ever get help from your support team!!!

I’ve had the 8 camera 1080p wireless system about a month. Easy to install and excellent picture quality. However ZOSICloud is AWFUL!!! It crashes constantly/refuses to open, slow and difficult playback and does not allow changes to the motion sensitivity. All of these are huge issues with any home security camera system. ZOSICloud desperately needs upgrading or Zosi should refund for the wasted time and money with their false advertisement. I am sure most everyone expects dependable remote viewing. Not with ZOSICloud...

ZOSICloud is always crashing and sometimes deletes recordings and the playback works when it wants too extremely anoying always have to be on top of the cameras.

App won’t stay on longer than about 20 seconds before it fades to black and shuts off. Before the update ZOSICloud would stay on until it was closed.

I cant unlink my email or number and bow i have 2 separate account for each when i want them merged and its pretty annoying

Can’t view feed away from the house! That is kind of the whole point. Waste of money!

Save your time and money… Both ZOSICloud and their product are garbage! You’d be better off standing guard yourself with a video camera than using this crap! Purchased their system set it up in my home and it spends more time not working then working! You would probably have better luck with a baby monitor from Fisher-Price!! Just another company peddling junk, at a premium!!! Don’t be fooled like I was...they say on there website that they are ready to help, but it’s a LIE!! Tech support is worthless...would have better luck with a kindergartner helping me!! Stay away, Far Away!!

ZOSICloud is terrible and the developers do not care. You used to be able to view your cameras from anywhere. From phone data. Now you have to be on your home Wi-Fi. How stupid is that? Developers refuse to update. Do not buy their cameras, NVR, or use ZOSICloud. You will be sorry. Waste of time and money.

It doesn’t slow me to view real time video let alone anything else after I try! App freezes on me and I have to restart it just to find out the it doesn’t work again

At first ZOSICloud was working fine. Now it won't even save the recording's, it does sends the notifications but when you click on it there is nothing on it just the black screen, Its so annoying. There is a picture there that says to upgrade ZOSICloud already did, didn’t do anything don’t know what alas to do.

I only got these cameras for one purpose, to check on my property when I’m away. I get a lot of motion detections but can’t view them a lot of the time. Please fix this! oh and ZOSICloud crashes a lot or freezes up. I will change my rating when these issues are fixed.

App worked fine until the recent iOS update. After following their steps to fix the connection issue, the phone app still isn’t able to connect to the system.

Not been able to review cameras many times as playback. Now every time I log in in the past 36 hours. Program is frozen. I have turn phone off. Rebooted box and internet. So upset !

Tried to open ZOSICloud to see my house but it dropped out all the time. What’s wrong with that ? Have been trying 5 different phone but the problem is still.

System worked well up till last update. Now at least once a week it goes down and I can’t log into either of the two units I have at different locations. Very frustrating.

Dont use ZOSICloud, their service is terrible. Product is good. But service and tech support is non existent. If I could return their product i would but im past the return period. Great product. Garbage customer service

My zosi camera won’t sound when there’s a notification on my phone tried everything they said to do it will show on the news but want send a notification sound

Upon initial install, ZOSICloud would crash a lot....on multiple phones. That issue seems to be fixed for the most part but it still has crash / freeze issues from time to time. The latest issue is none of the alarm messages are loading. I receive the push notification, open ZOSICloud , and the alarm messages say there are no alarms. I know they aren’t false alarms because I intentionally caused the motion alarm many times just to see if it would work. It no longer works at all. Please address this issue ASAP! It kind of defeats the purpose of getting a motion alert if you can’t quickly review it.

Well, I first tried using Ip Pro App. It failed a couple of times. So I would Delete and Re-install. Saw others were doing the same.
Then, I found this ZOSI Cloud App. After logging in, I now see that ZOSICloud goes directly to your Cameras, without requiring additional steps to get there.
So, I guess time will tell, if ZOSICloud fails like the Ip Pro did.
Please, if you have had problem with ZOSICloud, let me know.

They can add motion sensitivity and motion zones, alarm but still good better working than zosi app.
