It works fine on the iPhone but suddenly on the iPad when I turn on the channel I only can hear audio but with no picture. The background is black and only audio is working. I tried to delete CloudStreamIPTVPlayer and download it again but that didn’t help? What should I do?

Currently, chrome casting is a feature of the purchased version. However, this feature doesn't do what it is supposed to do. When you Chromecast, you have to stay on CloudStreamIPTVPlayer and have the phone display on; otherwise, the cast will stop, and you will have to start it again. And yes, the background refresh app is on. I hope they do a fix on this because it is a crucial feature for many people to be able to stream on your big TVs. I will make sure to update the review if this gets fixed.

I love CloudStreamIPTVPlayer, but I would love it more if the search function worked on my Apple TV. When you search for a show it will find it just fine but then you can’t go back. If you try to go back to the search screen it crashes and you have to close the whole app and start over again.

New layout is not bad, but it no longer gives you any information about the stream loading. You sit on a black screen not knowing if it’s still buffering or has stopped because the stream is not available.

Very easy to bring in your own M3U. Haven’t had a hiccup yet. Only one problem… there doesn’t appear to be EPG support. Of all the IPTV players I really like this one the best. If only I could see an electronic programming guide.

Adding a new playlist takes forever and it fails to download it, and it becomes impossible to update an existing one!!
At least make it download the listing in the background

It functions well. It does not categorize like other apps. It would be great if we could hide by country.

Channels do not run in the background as before, please solve the problem

Need to have a way to create folders with channels that are favorable, in the STARR folder

You guys are awesome you got a put it in Chromecast and movie channels but I love the channels you guys have

This is a scam, absolutely useless app, works for a few days then everything disappears, and asks you to upgrade to the PRO version which asks for more money. CloudStreamIPTVPlayer is all about swindling, literal theft. Don’t even bother consider trying it. Not worth one star

Customer service is trash. He really tried to hackle me to buy the subscription and when I rejected him he got mad and hung up the phone. I don’t even know how they got my number on the first place

I tried about 10 different m3u players and this one is a clear winner. Excellent user experience, smooth and stable. Purchased the pro version after about 30 minitower of use (even though the free version does not nag at you like so many others) this developer “gets it”! Good work man!

We need the ability to change the time zone to something other than Spain and UK. I’m a sports fan in the USA and the incorrect timezone causes me to miss many major sporting events. If this gets fixed I’ll gladly give 5 stars

When you have an older Apple product it becomes difficult to find programs.
This works perfectly. Highly recommend. Easy to import the M3U file using the Cloud.

It took me a little bit to know how to add links, but it was worthy. The speed on wifi is absolutely a plus, it’s a great thing I tried this one, keep it up and please don’t screw your clients by forcing them to pay.

Need IPTV app to add M3U from drive. This is the only app that does it with ease. The only thing is the buffering is annoying.

This would be perfect if the chromecast feature worked. I have to use other iptv players for that. If it was fixed, and you did EPG for more than 3 countries I would probably give it a 5

I was able to load a M3U playlist with no problems. Very nice layout!

Some videos I imported do not work. However, when I put the links into the browser, they play perfectly well.

Curious will have option to have EPG for united states? Otherwise works flawless.

It’s a very cool application it is will be more useful if we can get the Xtrem codes included

is There a way to add an EPG file? It’s nice to know what’s coming on and supposed to having to click through everything.

CloudStreamIPTVPlayer worked for a while, but now won’t play m3u playlists from the web. Very frustrating.

CloudStreamIPTVPlayer is great because of its simplicity but because of its lack of an EPG for the US I give it a low score maybe when the update it n fix this issue I will change my rating.
