First transfer in Rome went perfectly.

Second transfer from JFK home was a no show.

I provided my flight number with the reservation. I messaged the driver in GetTransfer 4 hours prior to arrival to say we would land 45 mins early. Apparently a broker from Pennsylvania had responded to my initial booking request. The broker responded to say they would arrive early to pick us up. The broker imessaged me during the flight with the drivers contact and a picture of his vehicle (not matching the one presented on GetTransfer offer). I messaged the driver as soon as we were out of immigration. No response from driver. I message the broker after a half hour..he says “soon”. After the pick up time came an passed and still no response from the driver I message broker again. He now says the driver was in an accident, they “sent” a new driver..so I asked what time...”soon” was the response. After more back and forth he couldn’t give me a time so I said to cancel it. I’ll dispute the charge with AMEX and took an Uber home.

this app is the perfect choice for going to the airport.
We had a 6:00 flight from Malpensa Airport and needed a 4:00 pickup at our central Milan hotel. this app offered a selection of well-described options to choose from, and sent confirmation quickly after we made our choice.
Roberto, our this app driver, personally contacted us the evening before our departure, and arrived promptly at 4:00. He was professional and courteous, as well as a good driver. We were surprised by the very active party scene in central Milan at that hour, but Roberto easily made his way through the crowded streets to reach the airport with time to spare.

I want to say that I am impressed with the service that we received. I made a mistake when booking my reservation with the date of pick up. When I called immediately they went out of their way to help us and within 20 minutes they had a driver pick us up and take us to our hotel. I am very impressed with the service and from now on I will only use the get transfer app when I travel thru Europe. Thank you once again and keep up the excellent work you are doing.

While vacationing in southern France, we unexpectedly found ourselves without the van we rented.

Seeing as how we were at the end of our vacation, I warmed up to the idea of taking a car service on our last day in France.

Good idea-Bad company to do it through.

I posted a job for a 10 hour service, as we had lunch plans in place before being driven to Marseille from the property we had rented in Provence. I quickly received a notification that a van and a driver would be available for that time, and they quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and the contract was established.

A few minutes before the scheduled pick up time, I received a call from the driver saying that if I planned to have lunch somewhere, that my price would be higher.

Long story short, I canceled my trip and the company agreed to a refund.

However, in trying to reschedule the replacement ride, because the new driver couldn’t get there on time and after we had mutually agreed to cancel my trip, the company scammed out of several hundred dollars citing their cancellation policy (instead of helping coordinate my replacement ride, following their initial screw-up).

Bad business.

From the airport to our airport was very excellent service. Our driver was waiting for us when we left the custom area and he was easy to locate because he had a sign with our name. Alfredo was a wonderful host pointing out each major landmark as we go by. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone. I am going to use the company through out my stay. Exceptional

I had a 6 am flight and ordered a taxi for 4 am with the fee already paid. I waited outside the hotel for 20 minutes and attempted to call the taxi driver several times, but the number that was provided was not valid. We ended up having to have to hotel call another taxi driver. I almost missed my flight, and I had to pay for two taxis total. I contacted customer support who responded in broken English and said that they were going to get the drivers side of the story. After two days I haven’t heard from them, and they still have not done anything about the issue. I feel like I have been scammed out of 50 euros. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable taxi.

Horrible, horrible service. I booked a car and on airport arrival discovered it was for the next day - this could of been my mistake but think it was a glitch with GetTransfer . Called the car service - they were very nice and apologized - but no cars available on short notice. Had to get an airport taxi at an exorbitant price. The car service was nervous - said people had difficulty getting refunds - I e-mailed this app right away (24 hours ahead of pick-up). The only responses I got were rude short e-mails about their 48 hour cancellation policy. In short - they did not refund anything - ended up paying €430 instead of €180. CONTACT THE CAR SERVICE DIRECTLY - GetTransfer is not a service - they just take your money if something goes wrong.

I completely blanked on booking a transfer from CDG to our hotel in Paris. I googled last minute transfers from CDG and came across this website and app. I am so grateful as they took my request less than 5 hours of arrival for 5 of us plus a baby. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was clean and had amenities such as phone charger and water. The drive was easy and pleasant. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a trip from Milan to Serravalle outlet. The driver was there on time. We had refreshments in the car and the driver was very kind and offered us some bon bon. He also talked to us while driving about the history of interesting areas that we passed by. We didn’t feel the time. Thank you we will definitely use it again.

GetTransfer is very confusing and lags. When you start inputting your request it’s doesn’t go through and when you go back and enter again it changes your input. That’s what happened to us when I choose the ride for 9 people and when I go back it automatically changes to 4 people. The driver was very nice guy but the manger asked for more money since GetTransfer changed our information. My question was what is it matter when you send a 12 passenger van to pick up 4 or 8 people for the same trip and same mileage. I felt they were trying to nickel and dime you.

Jose and Manuel were great!! I would highly advise their services again, for I was able to visit the Pueblo Blancos de Macharaviaya. The Gálvez Family is honored there for their contribution to Washington during the American Revolution and winning pivotal battles in Pensacola, Florida among others. It is there that the Gálvez Family built upon a moorish settlement, and many other family members are honored. Also, A great visit with the guy running the Tabernia. 5 STARS!!!

I am thrilled to have discovered Get Transfer when an unexpected flight cancellation and subsequent re-routing to LAX instead of SFO create a “how am I going to get there” crisis. I easily scheduled a ride from LAX to San Diego. Communication was easy and thorough! My ride was timely and relaxing! I couldn’t be more happy with my experience! I will definitely use Get Transfer again!

Marina and Sim really the best people I know that who really took care of my family in Tel Aviv. Very punctual Sim the driver is and has a lot of patience waiting for Us as it took a long time at the passport immigration area. I would highly recommend this couple marina and Sim. My family never felt Safe during thier services rendered.

On our way to the destination the driver drove two hours in the wrong direction, and tried to argue with us when we corrected him. Our pickup from the hotel was a no-show, despite several calls to them. What they told us was that the driver was “unable to perform” and then they didn’t pick up further calls, call back, or provide alternative service. We were forced to spend over $1500 to arrange last minute transportation for our 14 person family and luggage. How is this SCAM allowed to operate on GetTransfer Store I do not know. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

First class and a 5 star service!! Pedro was not only a good and safe driver but gave us some facts and history of Lisbon and suggestions on food and monument. Thanks Pedro for welcoming us to your country and we would definitely call on your service if we ever visit again and I will recommend you to anyone I know who plans of visiting Lisbon.

Getting a price and ordering a transfer service is great using GetTransfer, it would be great if they had an online chat with a company service agent if something goes wrong.

Right now you can communicate with the driver but not directly with Get Transfer agents which you may need in case something goes wrong

GetTransfer has been saving me a lot of money since I started using it last year. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND anyone who travels often to download GetTransfer and see its magic themselves. Once I got a price for airport transfer that was €15-20 cheaper than what I would’ve paid had I gotten a regular airport taxi. Keep it up this app!

We used this service for a transfer of six family members to the airport. After waiting additional 30 minutes from confirmed pickup time, we had to call for two separate Lyfts so we didn’t miss our flight. When they finally responded and apologized they said they would give me a credit. I asked for a refund but gave me some crap about reading through the articles of their Terms. Like I would ever trust this service and use again? AVOID!

Wail Ali was waiting for me out side the airport with a clear sign listing my name. His car was clean and well taken care of. He took care of my bags for me, was very pleasant and polite.
Overall he was very professional, new his way around and provided an excellent service.
I would strongly recommend him for any visitor to Egypt.

My driver Robbie was excellent, he sent me a WhatsApp after I landed to tell me he was waiting. He sent me a picture of the sign he was holding and where I could find him. Baggage was delayed and he kept in contact to say not to worry he would wait. I could not have asked for more.
