First transfer in Rome went perfectly.
Second transfer from JFK home was a no show.
I provided my flight number with the reservation. I messaged the driver in the APP 4 hours prior to arrival to say we would land 45 mins early. Apparently a broker from Pennsylvania had responded to my initial booking request. The broker responded to say they would arrive early to pick us up. The broker imessaged me during the flight with the drivers contact and a picture of his vehicle (not matching the one presented on the app offer). I messaged the driver as soon as we were out of immigration. No response from driver. I message the broker after a half hour..he says “soon”. After the pick up time came an passed and still no response from the driver I message broker again. He now says the driver was in an accident, they “sent” a new driver..so I asked what time...”soon” was the response. After more back and forth he couldn’t give me a time so I said to cancel it. I’ll dispute the charge with AMEX and took an Uber home.

While vacationing in southern France, we unexpectedly found ourselves without the van we rented.
Seeing as how we were at the end of our vacation, I warmed up to the idea of taking a car service on our last day in France.
Good idea-Bad company to do it through.
I posted a job for a 10 hour service, as we had lunch plans in place before being driven to Marseille from the property we had rented in Provence. I quickly received a notification that a van and a driver would be available for that time, and they quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and the contract was established.
A few minutes before the scheduled pick up time, I received a call from the driver saying that if I planned to have lunch somewhere, that my price would be higher.
Long story short, I canceled my trip and the company agreed to a refund.
However, in trying to reschedule the replacement ride, because the new driver couldn’t get there on time and after we had mutually agreed to cancel my trip, the company scammed out of several hundred dollars citing their cancellation policy (instead of helping coordinate my replacement ride, following their initial screw-up).
Bad business.

I had a 6 am flight and ordered a taxi for 4 am with the fee already paid. I waited outside the hotel for 20 minutes and attempted to call the taxi driver several times, but the number that was provided was not valid. We ended up having to have to hotel call another taxi driver. I almost missed my flight, and I had to pay for two taxis total. I contacted customer support who responded in broken English and said that they were going to get the drivers side of the story. After two days I haven’t heard from them, and they still have not done anything about the issue. I feel like I have been scammed out of 50 euros. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants a reliable taxi.
