Pops - Print photos in 3D Reviews

I’ve been satisfied all THREE times that I’ve ordered this app prints . First I got 2 orders of mini prints to test them out . They met the estimated arrival date { but if they don’t, give it a day. 🤞🏻 It depends on your local delivering carries facilities and their schedule / routes. } just use the tracking option on Pops itself . I loved them so much I ordered more but this time classic size ones and was still not disappointed when I got them. They bring smiles to my friends, family members and myself. The packaging is very lively and it’s an awe feeling receiving that cool box of this app prints These are an awesome gift. 🎁 The only thing I would recommend for the company is a MAGNET OPTION I would love to stick these on my refrigerator or cubicle. Instead I just use an inexpensive frame for SOME of my prints. Other then that I give the service + this app prints 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want and need more NOW 🕺🏻. A big thank you to the team who makes sure they get these printed, packaged and delivered . They also have a quick response rate . I had a question about my order and was helped right away on their Facebook page . Once you get some you’ll be a customer for life and you’ll be telling all your friends and family about them!!!!

**i should have read the reviews before placing an order. It seems their shipping methods need improvements. **So on their faq, their shipping says to the usa is about 4-8 business days. After 2 weeks, i emailed them bc there was no updates on my order since it shipped from the producer. I was then told they have no control on what happens after it ships out. Understandable. So i then proceeded to wait another two weeks, making it a month since my order shipped with no updates on tracking still. Emailed them back, they said i had to be the one to call my local post office to see if they knew where it was, but by then, i already knew that if there was any updates, it would have been on our usa postal site. Just to let them know i made an effort, i contacted usps but they said same thing. No updates of the whereabouts of the package until it reaches our usa systems. So cs said by the weekend, if there are still no updates, they would reship another of my same order. I would think if there hasnt been an update in over a month, 2 days wont make a difference. So to appease them, i will wait until the weekend is over so they can resend my order out. —Order is now being printed. Will see when it ships out and how long it takes. The thing is, it’s not even in the usa right now. If it was, usps would have updated the tracking.

I’m so happy I randomly came across the this app app one day - I was brainstorming ideas for an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and had this thought... “huh, what if I could print Live Photo’s?” and BOOM my dreams were fulfilled with this app! I don’t usually write reviews but I know this app is an up and coming young company and I just had to share the love! I ordered 2 packs of the mini video prints and I fell in love. First off, the UI and design of Pops is beautiful. It’s seamless and I absolutely love how user friendly and creative it is. I love how the product blends a more traditional product (prints) with a creative and modern twist. It’s genius!!! I was also impressed that the shipping didn’t take too long and only took a week. The quality of the prints and packaging are amazing. My boyfriend and I were blown away. We loved all of the little touches, from the card that came with it, to the cute stickers. We’ll definitely be ordering more prints from you guys in the future! Thanks for all that you do and keep up the amazing work! 🤩 Super happy customer!

Before I ordered I did go through the reviews and a few of them kept me skeptical about this company. But so far my experience with them has been exquisite! They have great tracking information that is right at your finger tips, they make sure to clarify that you put the correct shipping information in aaannnnddd it came just when they said it would! And all that is just about the shipping and app experience! This product is pretty much what I had anticipated, and it’s great!! I haven’t had to communicate with their customer service, due to everything going smoothly. So if I order and I do end up having trouble and need to contact customer service then I’ll say something about that as well. But until then, I totally recommend them! It isn’t as clear as a live video or video as some might anticipate. But if you’re aware of that fact, you’re probably not going to be too disappointed if at all.

Right off the bat, the concept is AMAZING. I love that I can take little memories and make them a physical live photo, basically. The minis are also fairly cheap (99 cents per pop), so I appreciate that too.

BUT, the execution needs work. I didn’t have any major problems with shipping but it’d be nice to see where my order is at in the processing/shipping process. I didn’t sign up for an account (and I’m not sure you could do this with an account) but the only “proof of purchase” was an email saying they’d process it. No order number or anything, so I couldn’t check up on my order like you’d expect to.

The this app themselves were fine. I think it’s just difficult to pick a good video clip that’ll translate well into a pop, despite their tips they include in Pops . The quality was definitely lower than what I was expecting. The transition between the video was a bit too “fast” if that makes sense. I think it’d work best if you took a specific video for the pop, keeping in mind their tips since you’re rarely ever taking a video with the frame steady, quick but large movements, etc. The 3-D mini print was pretty well done, so I’d recommend that over the regular this app.

All in all, they’re not a scam, but since they’re just starting out, I’d give them a try! It’s not crazily expensive and the kinks are minor. I’d give them a try again and see what would happen if I tried to take a similar video to what they recommended.

After my package was initially delayed and I was given an alternate way to track it via the USPS and it arrived today I was very excited to receive my this app(video) that I was initially gonna gift to 2 very special people but I was unable to due to the delay and even worse once I open the package and saw how poor quality (blurry) and different they look from the final product. It is very sad that I wasted my time and money. I had recommended Pops to others but unfortunately I’ll be letting my friends & family know to not use Pops and be uninstalling it 🤷🏻‍♀️😔

Hi I would like to know by when is my package going to arrive. I’ve been trying to get ahold of a customer service representative and no one has got back to me I am very upset because there hasn’t been updates on when my package will arrive. This is not very professional if you are going to waste the customer times by not replying back as well just not offering a customer service helpline or email options. I would appreciate my package that I paid for or my refund.

I absolutely love my this app! I found out about them a while back from a Facebook ad I saw while scrolling through my feed, and I’m so glad I did. This is such an awesome idea, and it’s awesome that there’s a company doing something like this. So unique!! Perfect little gift for the love of your life, family members, friends and much more. I ordered 3 mini 3D prints just to see what they would be like, and boy I was not disappointed at all! 😄 The 3D effect is so awesome! I will probably order one of the larger sizes soon, as I heard the 3D effect is even greater. They also have video prints, where you’re able to select a 1 second clip from a video and have that printed, so when you move it back and forth, the video springs into action! I just want to thank you guys for sending me my this app!!! Really appreciate you guys. Great job!!!!! ❤️😛👍🏻

I love the idea, I think it’s super cute and good for sentimental pictures with friends & family that really captures the feelings in that moment! The only thing is that, for me at least, Pops crashes very frequently, and since there is no way to save your progress (such as this app you have already edited when you are adding several to your order), you have to start all over again! For others that may have experienced this issue, I just validate my order after every Pop, then go back and edit it to add another. It seems to work, perhaps it gives it a “break” so to speak? Regardless, it’s a very neat idea and I am excited for them to come in! It’s Pops itself that could use some work.

Pops is so easy to use, and they came out so cute (not as good of picture quality as Pops makes it seem though)! However, there was some confusion with my order. I received a tracking number and it said my package would be here on February 1st. I was following the shipping updates, which stopped abruptly on January 31st. I contacted support on February 4th letting them know the situation. The agent told me that although my order had been printed, it had not been shipped yet and I would receive a tracking number. So here I am thinking that I had been receiving false tracking information. I wrote customer support back and was not contacted within 24 hours as promised on week days, in fact, they still haven’t responded to me, 3 days later. I then looked up the tracking number on google which directed me to USPS, and it said that my package was at the distribution center in my state. I received my package today, February 6th.

My girlfriend and I have now been dating for nearly 4 months, and each month I have gotten her this app. I love how simple they are, but how much more memorable the pictures become. I love them because by giving them every month, we can take a look back at our anniversary and vividly see what the month prior held for our relationship. The Live Photo’s work well under very specific circumstances, while the 3D photos work exceptionally well all the time. The 3D photos come in different sizes, but I always get the credit card sized one so I can constantly have a pop in my wallet. The this app also come in a really neat cardboard box, that I used to ask my girlfriend to prom. Overall, very very cheap, very easy to use, and a must for anyone looking for something cute to do for a relationship!

Ok, so I downloaded Pops because of a deal I saw on Sweatcoin. When I read the reviews, a lot of them were bad, so I honestly didn’t have big expectations for the turnout. Pops didn’t take long to load my videos at all. The whole process of picking videos, editing them to the wanted spot, & buying them only took about 5 minutes total! Then, they came in 3 days early!! When I opened them, I was amazed!! They looked so good!! They are SO cute and way bigger than expected!! I will say that the quality of the print definitely depends on the quality of the video chosen (good lighting, steady frame, slow movement), but overall I’m extremely satisfied and completely obsessed with mine!! (You already know I had to post them all over Insta and Snapchat)

I honestly thought the advertisement was nice so I downloaded Pops . I messed around for a little and than I finally ordered 3 mini this app. I received an email saying it’ll take “5 to 7” business days but it really took two whole months to get to me. I was mad simply because I really was excited for it and the tracking process was horrible. It didn’t really say much about where it was but than I read about if you had any question or concerns to contact the support team and so I did and they were horrible. Did absolutely no help and than I later found out about received an email saying if I wanted messages sent to me to my phone number directly about where my package was and so I “OKAYED” it and I started receiving messages until it finally came in after two months & not only that, they came out completely different than how I originally had it set up for it to be :/

When I saw the ad about this I was very eager to try it out. I wanted to order about 7 of the video flips but it kept crashing so much I just shortened it to 3 which I’m kinda glad I did upon receiving. I placed the order on the 25 and expected them to arrive by Valentine’s Day but then I received an email saying that my order was overlooked so there would be a delay. I was a little saddened because I wanted them to be a present which was not the case. And now that I got them I don’t even want to give them as a present due to the low quality. I can definitely see the slight change in picture but it is way to blurry to even see what’s going on in the pictures. It’s just a flip of blurry people. The videos I chose didn’t require much movement and the camera was perfectly still which I shot from my iPhone 7s . I hate giving a bad review but i just did not receive what i expected.

I am so so so pleased this ad popped up on my Instagram on that one day! Ordered it on the spot as a gift for my husband and when I received it, I just couldn’t stop smiling and wanting to share it with everyone that I could (except him of course:P) He still has to wait a few days to receive it but I am so over the moon w all 4 of them!!! So so so worth the price and I definitely cannot wait to post about it!

Already have my brother thinking about it as a gift to his wife as well as my best friend for her husband:) Definitely will be reordering from them again!

The only comment I’d make is if we could get the local tracking number for the package from the beginning, that would be awesome. I had the La Poste one but that stops when the product departs France so I thought my shipment was just stuck somewhere until I contacted Customer Service (also five star!!) who sent me the local tracking number and I found out it was delivered two days prior and my husband could have very well seen the item. Thankfully I got to it as fast as I could!

Regardless, a full five out of five and keep going guys!

I’m obsessed with my this app! I haven’t tried the 3D ones yet but the video clip ones are sick! I ordered some for my boyfriend for his birthday and he absolutely loves them. There are a few things that can be fixed with Pops but when is there not an app that needs fixing and updating. Try only doing a few at a time because it may kick you off Pops and you’ll have to start over which is a pain, but I ordered about 6 minis for my first order and received them quite fast for what I was expecting. I suggest reading their recommendations about how to get the best quality prints, a few of mine didn’t turn out perfect because I rushed and didn’t read but the prints still turned out great!
