I'm trying to fulfill my jogging requirement before the 10/31 deadline to receive a $250 reward. However out of my first 5 runs, 2 were "erased" to my disbelieve! The data just no longer exist. And today I even ran under rain, all for nothing! Once I completed a run and the app tells me congrats on the run, how can the data not be saved in a cache or db somewhere and it just disappeared later on as I had never ran??? Terrible app design in that aspect. Last time I thought it was a fluke, but it just happened again today under a run under rain! Who's to blame if I can't get my $250 healthy credit in time because this app kept losing my running record?

Renewing this review so maybe it’ll get some attention - the “jogging” tracker still does not work in the background when my phone is in sleep mode. Come on people, the Couch-2-5k apps I used ten years ago could handle this without issue, surely this can be fixed?

First, it’s a TERRIBLE user experience to have to go to to a mobile browser for most of the “HealthQuests.” The limited expiration on this is also incredibly asinine, but that’s not a technical issue.
I also am not getting any reminders on my health quests despite confirming my phone number for texts.
I also have issues with the jogging app working in the background - last time I tried it, the timer didn’t count down if the app wasn’t open. It kills my battery to keep it open and I don’t understand why it can’t work in the background.
Also, a “nice to have” would be the ability to integrate with a smart watch or other app so it can record treadmill runs.

Could not give it a zero or I would.
This jogging app stinks!
1). 30 minute timer is more like 33.
2). The app will not advance past session 6. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. Did this and again, locks up going to session 7.
I’ve been very disappointed with my evive overall. Communication and follow up is awful to put it mildly.
They make it entirely too difficult.
Would not be doing this if UPS had not have changed over to them.
UPDATE: After finally communicating with me, they were able to resolve the issue. Turns out the font size was too big. (Note to programmers, how about fixing the app so it will scroll for those of us with less than 20 20 vision!). All is good now. Just wished they would have figured this out prior to me starting all over again!
