I'm trying to fulfill my jogging requirement before the 10/31 deadline to receive a $250 reward. However out of my first 5 runs, 2 were "erased" to my disbelieve! The data just no longer exist. And today I even ran under rain, all for nothing! Once I completed a run and MyEvive tells me congrats on the run, how can the data not be saved in a cache or db somewhere and it just disappeared later on as I had never ran??? Terrible app design in that aspect. Last time I thought it was a fluke, but it just happened again today under a run under rain! Who's to blame if I can't get my $250 healthy credit in time because MyEvive kept losing my running record?

Renewing this review so maybe it’ll get some attention - the “jogging” tracker still does not work in the background when my phone is in sleep mode. Come on people, the Couch-2-5k apps I used ten years ago could handle this without issue, surely this can be fixed?

First, it’s a TERRIBLE user experience to have to go to to a mobile browser for most of the “HealthQuests.” The limited expiration on this is also incredibly asinine, but that’s not a technical issue.

I also am not getting any reminders on my health quests despite confirming my phone number for texts.

I also have issues with the jogging app working in the background - last time I tried it, the timer didn’t count down if MyEvive wasn’t open. It kills my battery to keep it open and I don’t understand why it can’t work in the background.

Also, a “nice to have” would be the ability to integrate with a smart watch or other app so it can record treadmill runs.

This jogging app stinks!

1). 30 minute timer is more like 33.
2). MyEvive will not advance past session 6. I was told to uninstall and reinstall MyEvive . Did this and again, locks up going to session 7.

I’ve been very disappointed with my evive overall. Communication and follow up is awful to put it mildly.

They make it entirely too difficult.

Would not be doing this if UPS had not have changed over to them.

UPDATE: After finally communicating with me, they were able to resolve the issue. Turns out the font size was too big. (Note to programmers, how about fixing MyEvive so it will scroll for those of us with less than 20 20 vision!). All is good now. Just wished they would have figured this out prior to me starting all over again!

MyEvive will not allow me to log in. I’m able to sign in to the website with no problem but MyEvive does not accept my log in nor does it give me an error message stating what the problem is. After I put in my credentials and press log in, the blue log in box turns grey then it turns blue again. I have this problem on my iPhone and my iPad. I really wish I didn’t have to use MyEvive for my incentive program for the last step.

I’ve written to app support, no answer back yet. The jogging section is very broken. You can only get your yearly incentive by using it, but halfway through it resets and logs you off and you have to start over. The section does not like when you close out of MyEvive , which most people do when they are jogging...turn off their screen and put it in their pocket and run. It does not provide the ability to resume where you left off. The journey section also won’t load from MyEvive most of the time, but you can get this on a normal computer logging onto the website unlike the jogging section. All in all, the reason I am using MyEvive , an incentive, is not allowing me to get that incentive due to app mis functions. The look and feel is great, but two starts for functionality.

Don’t appreciate the third party access to my information and the “we get to do what we want with any information you provide without limitations” language in your user agreement. Registered because of the $100 incentive to do so, and I couldn’t even get the thing to register me. When I tapped information on MyEvive Store, I found people complaining that their “runs aren’t being stored” or were lost, and that such runs are to earn credits. —-Super creepy. —-So this is how you manipulate behavior for monetary incentive. What happens when you share my information with some company or entity which wants to offer me $100 to register at their gym? Eat their food? Buy their product? Get my kids involved?

I’ve had MyEvive for a while and it has worked fine. I work for Gap, and the electronic employee discount card was available on the application. After a few updates, the card itself disappeared and it can’t be found on MyEvive . Please bring back that to MyEvive because it’s something beneficial instead of carrying a physical card...

MyEvive itself is good. But when it comes to the jogging app it gets frustrating. I done single session multiple times just to get it to count that is not good. I have had MyEvive tell me I completed a session go back in the next day and it didn’t count it. I have pictures of the sessions I completed even the ones it didn’t count.

MyEvive is good, up until I’m getting close to completing my incentive program. I’m trying to finish the very last part of my A-ZZZ sleep tracker and it won’t let me move forward. I have tapped my whole screen to see if it will take my last answer to move to very last stage, and nothing and no where on MyEvive to report a problem. I’ll keep trying but MyEvive blows!

MyEvive is good. Easy to follow and steps you through the process easily. The issue is after you complete the necessary steps to earn the Wellness Award, it is extremely difficult to actually receive it.

I use MyEvive via UPS. Haven been using for a few years. Always helpful info as it applies to overall wellness and health. Fairly easy to navigate with no ads and doesn’t seem to push products. I would recommend overall.

I am not a good runner by runner standards but by average people I am decent runner. I have used both Garmin app/watch, MapmyRun/Ride and Strada and MyEvive for Evive is not great. I am never sure when distance is going to update because it is not in real time; there is no map; and I have lost at least three separate runs. I am only using this because of incentive. I wish you could have option to link runs from other apps. Also not a fan of being told when to run or when to walk. I wish there could be a way to bypass. I understand it is a heath portal and supposed to do more than jogging app but it can be frustrating. I lost run today after it said I was in cool down mode. I spent 30 plus minutes jogging and now I have to start over.

MyEvive is great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it’s been difficult to report my health screenings. It could be operator error or it could be an area not user friendly.
