I work part time at Old Navy. Employee #3319724. I have been trying to open MyEvive app. So I can access benefits. I do not remember my password . I tried passwords I have used in the past with no luck. I am now locked out! Can you help me? Vicki Hargis 727- 432-1523

How to fix MyEvive app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyEvive app on iPhone
Update MyEvive app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyEvive iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyEvive on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyEvive network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyEvive Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyEvive not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyEvive App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyEvive » click [Force Stop]

Update MyEvive to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyEvive App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyEvive » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyEvive.

Fix MyEvive unable to contact server/ MyEvive internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyEvive » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyEvive » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyEvive
