Though It was going to let the user access some content without paying. But makes you sign up with your email and charges you for a subscription before you can really see anything at all. Keep that in mind.
Not working

When I try to click on the tab to “Start week 1” to see the list of workouts, the app immediately directs me to the quiz all over again. Not sure why it is doing this instead of allowing me to see the workout plan.

I understand the idea of making a profit, but the prices for the content of this app are expensive. All of the info is available on the internet for free. Not paying these premiums
