I have used Clozemaster about 1-2 hours daily for 2-3 years amassing about 7.5 million points. I like it very much. For the past month or so, every I get an error message about every 10-12 words. It says this: "Learn language in context - Clozemaster Oh no! There was an error with the audio. Sorry about that. Please try again and let us know if you see this message again." It basically freezes the system. I see the screen OK but no key works at all. A workaround is to leave Clozemaster and enter and leave a 2-3 other applications, then come back to Clozemaster and it works for another 10-12 words. I'm getting fed with this. I hope you have a fix or I will probably just end my relation with this otherwise excellent application. BTW, recently not even the workaround works and I have to cold boot my iPad to get going again. Please help. Urgente!! Bill Paradis paradisbill@redacted

How to fix Clozemaster app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Clozemaster app on iPhone
Update Clozemaster app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Clozemaster iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Clozemaster on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Clozemaster network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Clozemaster Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Clozemaster not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Clozemaster App
1. On android, goto Settings » Clozemaster » click [Force Stop]

Update Clozemaster to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Clozemaster App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Clozemaster » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Clozemaster.

Fix Clozemaster unable to contact server/ Clozemaster internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Clozemaster » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Clozemaster » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Clozemaster
