ServiceMarket once sends quotation you get bothered by vendors calling texting !!! Imagine getting 3-5 vendors calling three or four times as well keep sending WhatsApp messages and text non stop!!!!

As a customer, ServiceMarket should not share my personal number to all vendors, they should only share once the vendor is selected.

When I ordered the regular PCR test, the results where to be given within 24 hours. They changed it today to 48 hours, without informing me of course. Also, they didnt put in all the details, I got messages from DHA to add the ID details. No apology or compensation given yet and still arguing with them about it. Also I booked the service for 10 persons, I expected 2 persons to be sent at least but they sent only 1 lady.

I asked for a carpentry service, they were 2 hours late, no one notified me of the delay. I had to call twice to make sure they were still coming, the operator kept telling me they would be there in 20 min, and then another… no follow-up was made from client services. I don’t recommend.

I love the convenience and variety of services available to book. Unfortunately, Service Market does a terrible job of communicating with the providers it contracts, and they are consistently coming at the wrong times! Contacting Service Market only ends with an apology, but it continues to happen. I will not be using this company anymore.

Now I understand it’s easier to complain than it is to compliment but when you send a “Handyman” or a “cleaner” one who apparently did not know how to install a larger picture frame (overcharged me in hours, when it was an hour or less job) and the other was alright wearing our slippers to walk around the house while cleaning (without our permission).

Call customer service, Its like speaking a foreign language were “”English” is the language.

I found out about service market through instagram ads. In the ad it says cleaning services from 25 aed. However you only get 25 aed as a first time customer and you must order a service for at least 4 hours. You should be clear with your marketing. If it’s for only first time customers, it’s not something you actually offer.

They are the worst company. I requested them for a blood test on a Sunday and up till Thursday, I have not seen a result I keep calling every day and I’m getting nowhere and on Thursday I receive a call from the so-called Home healthcare and they were saying urine was not included in the test and on the booking I booked for blood test so for the past five days if I did not keep calling them about my result so they won’t say anything. I told you guys not to patronize this complaint as they will messed up your day. I repeat, do not patronize them.

This is the least dependable company in Dubai. Their guarantee is worth nothing. They did pest control service, redone two times and basic ants and bugs are still here. They probably diluted the chemicals by multiple folds to save money ….. and at the end didn’t guarantee the service or send another supplier. They pay so low, 40-50% of the price we pay, which makes suppliers go cheap in anything they do.

I tried to use their home cleaning services. After placing my order and not receiving any confirmation for 30 minutes, I naturally used another provider. Their confirmation came after 40 minutes, which I immediately canceled. Upon sending them a request to refund my money, they told me because the service was canceled less than 24 hours before the due date, they wouldn’t offer refund but only a credit voucher. Customer service agents were of no support. I’m simply shocked

Although you get options and access to service providers, the pricing is always hiked up due to the fact that the platform takes a bug chunk out of the profit.

This can be understandable as a business scheme, but there is no supervision as the suppliers become greedy and hike the prices on both labor and materials.

For example, to change an outdoor electric sockets costs a whopping 350 dhs!!!
If you break it down; material costs 60 for these suppliers, and if you want to be generous to your staff, then 100 dhs for labour. Then pay yourself some extra for the petrol and effort; lets say 50 dhs. So total amount by exaggeration would be 210 dhs.

The professional from Be Bug Pet Control Service did an excellent work. He guaranteed his work for up to 6 months without any cockroaches. 👍🏼 highly recommended!

One of the worst ever customer service i had to deal with , if there was an option to attach screenshots you would see how rude and lazy their customer support agent is.. if there was less than one star i would have definitely gave them -1 star

I tried so many different companies for cleaning. The first time I try Service Market, I get the best cleaners. Booking is easy and helpers came on time.

ServiceMarket provides all the services for home, which is why I always prefer to utilize it’s easy processes

My regular cleaner was not well so we needed someone same day. On the other apps the availability was either next day or after a day. I was so happy that they could come over within an hour with a minimal additional charge of 5dhs.
Will definitely use more services from ServiceMarket.
