1.) If you keep location setting to always allow, like Agero advises you have to — SwoopTowing NEVER actually closes. Ever. Even when you think it is, once you Lock Screen - it reopens app. Tried on multiple phones. If you don’t have Always Allow on, then you don’t get credit for Agero’s Location Based Tracking - and get dinged.
2.) “Auto Assigning” status occurs when new job offers come in, when they come in under this status…you can’t accept/bid the job. BUT Agero still counts that job against your acceptance.
3.) Photos - the photo part lags & you can’t actually see the entire photo while you’re taking it. Then you don’t even know if the photo saved to the all, as it can take a LONG time before SwoopTowing uploads the photo. PLUS, there is no way to upload photos from your phones photo album, which would make photos SO much easier.
4.) Incomplete list of cancel/goa/unsuccesful statuses. Need to cancel because the dispatch says Toyota Camry, but it’s actually a Freightliner RV?? Well, you can only pick cancel codes that blame the provider— nothing like “incorrect dispatch”.
