Why is it that if your having a problem with an app that provides foods/services, the company always thinks the answer is to throw free stuff at you? Well this app falls into this category now. For some reason it’s not accepting my debit card, my husbands debit card or even one of my credit cards. I emailed their support to get this resolved and instead of resolving the issue, they give me free food (which doesn’t work because I can’t even get Pancheros to accept my payment, so makes a lot of sense). I will also say we’ve tried logging onto their website and it’s doing the same thing. We’ve tried different IP addresses (husband tried putting it through while he was at work). So it’s a glitch in their system and they just can’t figure out how to fix it. Their only solution is uninstall and reinstall Pancheros . Which again didn’t fix it. You’d think with all the advancements in technology that they could figure something out. Oh well….there is a Chipotle near me, guess they’ll want my business.

Having a one-stop, simple, paired down hub for ordering and saving items has been nothing short of fantastic.

I love to know that I can order my favorite custom meal with the push of a single button, and pick it up within 10 minutes with no fuss or added difficulty. this app sets the gold standard for both burritos, and their app experience!

The reason i’m writing this is because i live in south New Jersey, I live about say 15-20 minutes from my closest this app , Me and my girlfriend love the food there and want to often get it delivered to our house . We’re even going to a college that is right down the street from the location. However i used they’re delivery service i want to say at least once . and it came through post mates ( At the time i didn’t have post mates Pancheros downloaded ) so i thought okay if i order it from Pancheros itself it should just be delivered by a third party to my location. WRONG! It seems like you have to be in a Close proximity of the store location for the delivery service to work. And it seems like they don’t deliver to you’re house even though when you go in , it is plastered everywhere, “Hey We deliver now!”

does anyone else have this issue ?

Love Pancheros and the rewards system and this app! Pancheros is convenient and works great every time I use it. The only “bug” that I’ve come across is that when you get a notification through Pancheros , it makes the badge on Pancheros icon as it should, however, there is a problem with that. You have to open the application, go to news, delete the notification, close Pancheros , and then re-open Pancheros for the notification badge to disappear. Not a huge deal, but it would be REALLY nice if when I cleared the notification in my Notification Center the badge went away on Pancheros as well, like it does with every other application on iPhone. Other than that, it’s a great app. Keep up the good work!

Like title says, a great app for a great restaurant, but why give the option to save favorite orders if you can’t re-order them? Not that I don’t love looking at my order and saying “that’s a nice order, good job, me,” but I’d love to be able to actually take advantage of the fact that I saved it!

I know Naf Naf Grill uses the same app platform (Punchh?) and their app does it so this is not an impossible ask. Never had an issue using Pancheros , just confused why Pancheros lets you save orders but you can’t actually reorder them like it leads you to believe

Stadium location in Columbia is the BEST. Not only do I love the food, but I love the staff. Kelsey, Daisy, Alfredo, & I could go on. Every time I go in there, they all truly treat me like family & I always leave happier than I was when I walked in.

Whenever I try to use it, it makes me re-enter my phone number, because it doesn’t recognize it with the dashes THAT IT PUTS IN!!! I’ve tried logging in w/out adding the phone number and as soon as it takes me to the order page it quickly resets me right back to add my phone number!?!? I have to try to click order the INSTANT that screen comes on or I just keep getting brought right back to the log in page over and over. Incredibly frustrating!!! 🤨🤨.

I would love panch so much more if they didn’t use cilantro in their rice. I get rice on everything I order and at panch, when I do that, all I taste is soap. Unfortunately, I have the soap gene, therefore, my experience is ruined just from the cilantro. Not to mention the this app near me messed up my order EVERY TIME. They burned my chicken, forgot to send my sister’s order for delivery, and completely left out the salsas (even though they also have cilantro in it) out of my quesadilla. I’m rarely ever happy with my experiences at this app.

1. App no longer allows me to login. I get a long error message every time I click order. Tried installing and reinstalling as well as logging out and back in.

2. Even before it stopped working the most recent updates took away the recent reorder feature which made saving favorites pointless as you couldn’t do anything with it.. still had to go through the whole process of ordering everything manually.

Functionally this is a great app. It does basic functions well such as scanning for rewards, using rewards in store, and even ordering online.

The notification icon is unbelievably annoying. You have to log into Pancheros , go to the notification, go to Pancheros home page, go back to the notification, and only then will the “1 in red” notification icon disappear from your Phone’s home screen.

Please fix this! 🥵

I have tried to use this multiple times to mobile order and they never make my burrito until I’ve been standing at the register for at least 5 minutes watching everyone else in line get food. Then 10 more minutes to actually get my food. Pancheros lists a pick up time and yet here I am still standing here 20 minutes after the pick up time. This is the last time deleting Pancheros now and definitely never spending $8 on a burrito ever again.

Great app that is easy to use. It’s missing one key feature that should be pretty simple to include. They allow you to save a favorite order. Good idea! A better idea would be to allow you to REORDER the favorite. Or at least add it to your bag to get started.

Pancheros used to allow you to save and then reorder your favorite orders. As a family of 5-6 people this made things very convenient. With the last several updates, I can no longer reorder saved orders or favorites. Please update Pancheros to fix the reorder function. All it allows me to do is delete favorited orders while I should be able to reorder them.

This place will not answer the phone nor will they respond to the emails I have sent.
Driver delivered my food to the wrong house. He then went back in the midst of a pandemic to retrieve the food from the people at the wrong house and brought it to my house. I have tried to contact this app Mexican Restaurant (both local and corporate) and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.... for three days. No email response either from DoorDash or this app.

Not efficient and needs work. I don’t blame the employees when it gets busy, but the point of ordering ahead is to have my food ready and skip the line. Pancheros says my order is completed. Yet, I get to the restaurant and would’ve got my food faster waiting in line like everyone else instead of making my food after everyone in the line has gone through.

Love the restaurant. Love the ability to order pick up and delivery on Pancheros . But saving as a favorite is just a reference to look at. User should be able to click on a fav to order it again. Thank you!

There is a lack of customer service available via Pancheros . They promote that you contact them with inquiries but only respond if it serves them well. My local store seems to do what they can to prevent you from acquiring points. And the online service is of no help to credit you with the points you earned. No longer interested in spending my money here, solely due to the poor customer service.

this app is great! I love their food, Pancheros is easy to use, convenient, and consistently works well. The only issues I have ever had with this app were at the restaurant level and the staff was great to work with at getting things fixed. Love it!

Although they were super busy, they got thru the line quick and we’re very friendly

I love this app, but I’m frustrated with Pancheros . I can no longer go into Favorites to reorder the entire order or individual items. I would give Pancheros four or five stars if the would fix Pancheros ! It’s been two months since Pancheros was updated. Please fix it!

this app used to give out a free burrito after 10 (spend ~75), then it was after $100+tax of spend (1 LT per $ spent). Now each burrito is worth 1-3 points, meaning you will have to spend about $400 to get a free burrito. That's what I call a complete waste of time. I have a burrito to redeem, then I will delete this worthless app since I don't want to wait 5 years before I can buy 80 burritos to get a free one.

Ordered online. Through a phone call, I learned this location isn’t doing Cinco de Mayo special that was listed online. As paying also learned no delivery available. Arrived at restaurant when my meal should have been done. They hadn’t even started it before I arrived!! So paid more, had to get it on a rainy day and then waited and waited. You gotta do better than this this app!

Pancheros doesn’t work. After I signed in it goes to a screen to verify my information and asks me to enter a 10 digit phone number, although the number already there is correct, I remove the dashes and it goes to the main screen and then goes right back to the verification screen and is asking to correct the phone number.

Beware for those of you who go for the veggie option Pancheros charges you the full price as if you had a meat(protein) on it. The veggie option is cheaper in the store. Talked with the market team via email and they know if this issue and might be fixing it. Also you can’t order the large or small tortilla with Pancheros . JUST GO IN TONTHE STORE AND ORDER.

I have no idea why chipotle is still in business. Panchero's is hands down the winner. Keep up the good work also please bring back the mango salsa and perhaps add another flavor of quest!?

I love the ability to scan the barcode off a missed transaction. So easy. The rewards app is easy to use.

Pancheros used to be great but since last fall it does not work. It has a glitch where it keeps bouncing back to the verify details screen and keeps asking for a phone number even though it’s optional and I entered one. Disappointed because I have a free burrito coming but can’t get to the screen to use it.
