1 year agoI ordered online and I received it. However, I have the missing items the missing 1 Chips and Guac and 2 Chips and Queso. II would like to request a refund of $16 for those missing items. Order Reference: 10923277806649349

App no longer works
1. App no longer allows me to login. I get a long error message every time I click order. Tried installing and reinstalling as well as logging out and back in. 2. Even before it stopped working the most recent updates took away the recent reorder feature which made saving favorites pointless as you couldn’t do anything with it.. still had to go through the whole process of ordering everything manually.

Terrible idea
I have tried to use this multiple times to mobile order and they never make my burrito until I’ve been standing at the register for at least 5 minutes watching everyone else in line get food. Then 10 more minutes to actually get my food. The app lists a pick up time and yet here I am still standing here 20 minutes after the pick up time. This is the last time deleting this app now and definitely never spending $8 on a burrito ever again.

Worst Customer Service I have ever received
This place will not answer the phone nor will they respond to the emails I have sent. Driver delivered my food to the wrong house. He then went back in the midst of a pandemic to retrieve the food from the people at the wrong house and brought it to my house. I have tried to contact Pancheros Mexican Restaurant (both local and corporate) and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.... for three days. No email response either from DoorDash or Pancheros.
