I’ve tried to use the Air Baltic app multiple times, and it has never worked for me. I couldn’t check in because it kept claiming there were blank fields, even though everything was filled in correctly. I couldn’t get my boarding passes, view flight information, or select my seat. airBaltic is completely unreliable and only adds stress to travel. It needs major improvements to be useful.
airBaltic is simply a joke. It just does not work.
airBaltic is useless. It doesn’t save your information. Every time I check it (for the flight info/status or to check in) I have to re-enter my confirmation number and name (even tho I am logged into my account). It then just redirects me to their website where I have to do the same thing. Why not just go there first? No need for an app. Now, I’m here in the airport already checked in for my flight. Google alerted me my flight was delayed over an hour. I double checked airBaltic (several hours after Google alerted me) and it still shows my flight as on time even tho the announcement board in the airport agrees with Google’s alert. Useless app with incorrect information, when you can even get to it.
Cannot add bookings bought through different platforms. Every other function just launches the website on the browser - essentially non-functional app.
airBaltic is broken. I can not login or sign up so I can’t use it. I asked my friend with a android to try and he couldn’t either
Since a few weeks ago cannot login on iOS app… my login dies work on android app… still not being able to paste login … kind of useless app….
Very convenient and nice application. Now I can check my pins at any time I want, thanks :)
