Frustrating and Unusable App

I’ve tried to use the Air Baltic app multiple times, and it has never worked for me. I couldn’t check in because it kept claiming there were blank fields, even though everything was filled in correctly. I couldn’t get my boarding passes, view flight information, or select my seat. The app is completely unreliable and only adds stress to travel. It needs major improvements to be useful.

Useless app

This app is useless. It doesn’t save your information. Every time I check it (for the flight info/status or to check in) I have to re-enter my confirmation number and name (even tho I am logged into my account). It then just redirects me to their website where I have to do the same thing. Why not just go there first? No need for an app. Now, I’m here in the airport already checked in for my flight. Google alerted me my flight was delayed over an hour. I double checked the app (several hours after Google alerted me) and it still shows my flight as on time even tho the announcement board in the airport agrees with Google’s alert. Useless app with incorrect information, when you can even get to it.
