7 months agoI purchased tickets for the 9/20/23 game; confirmation of purchase on my email. However, when I got to the game your app would not load verification of my purchased tickets and we were stopped at the door. Is this an on-going problem? I have other games to attend and hope not to be embarrassed again. Please advise asap. Thank you.

1 year agoThe ballgames here in Seymour indiana got canceled due to weather and i will not be able to attend the following night because of work. I want a refund of my money. This is a stupid way to go about high school tickets in the first place. Would like a response ASAP.

1 year agoI’m trying to pay my ticket and it says it went through but is nowhere to be found! No email confirming with the ticket and is not in the app either! I can’t even find a customer service phone number. I emailed them but the game starts today and this issue might not be resolved on time! I took screenshots of the complainants in case they I can’t get it. I’m not missing my son’s game and money for their incompetence and/or app failure.

2 years agoAloha, I just purchased tickets on the tickets picket app and the app automatically charged me for 7 tickets. I only needed to purchase 2 Visitor Game tickets. Can you please help me to get my money refunded and take the tickets off my account so that other people can buy them. Currently it has that I purchased 5 visitor tickets and 2 home game tickets. Really Really Bad
Our ISD has made us use Ticket Spicket for 3 years. It is the worst. I have been stuck outside stadiums, not allowed in to basketball games, refused entrance into track and field meets all because ticket Spicket has not worked. I have been unable to transfer tickets to anyone and wasted so much money on tickets that wouldn’t load and having to repurchase tickets for events. I long for the good old days when cash worked without this ridiculous app. Last football season we were stuck outside the stadium with hundreds of others when the app crashed. Please go back to cash tickets or find reliable technology.

Horrible Customer Service
Registered, bought tickets...couldn’t pull tickets up within the app before game, tried to reset password with app, didn’t get reset password email, called customer service and they said they would have someone call me back...I wasn’t able to get into the game that I paid for.....it’s now been 22 hours since that call and I still haven’t got a call back. I called customer service again and they’ve said again that they would have to take my phone number and have to call me back.

Password Problems Galore!
If you use password auto fill (like most of the world), strap in for a load of frustration. This app has a litany of problems. Unless you use the Forgot My Password link, which is a waste of time and effort. Or unless you copy/paste from the password auto fill menu, which is a waste of time and effort. Or unless you use the website, where it works; however, this renders the app useless. Now that the developers know the problems, can you simply fix it?
