I’m trying to get five free tickets for Beauty and the Beast at Harvey High School Painesville OH for the show tonight for senior citizens but can’t.

To resolve Ticket Spicket network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Ticket Spicket App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ticket Spicket » click [Force Stop]

Clear Ticket Spicket App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ticket Spicket » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ticket Spicket.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ticket Spicket » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ticket Spicket » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ticket Spicket
