Our ISD has made us use Ticket Spicket for 3 years. It is the worst. I have been stuck outside stadiums, not allowed in to basketball games, refused entrance into track and field meets all because ticket Spicket has not worked. I have been unable to transfer tickets to anyone and wasted so much money on tickets that wouldn’t load and having to repurchase tickets for events. I long for the good old days when cash worked without this ridiculous app. Last football season we were stuck outside the stadium with hundreds of others when TicketSpicket crashed. Please go back to cash tickets or find reliable technology.

Nice app. I’m able to purchase and access my pass to games. I just pull up my ticket when I get to the door and I’m in. Favorite feature is the ability to transfer tickets to my kids!

This is my second review of TicketSpicket . Not sure why my first review disappeared. Slow and clunky and doesn't save any login info. So I have to go through my email accounts to see which email I used for my User ID.

TicketSpicket makes attending school sporting events SO much easier. I love being able to walk into games without having to carry cash and fumble around at the gate trying to get a physical ticket. Everything is just more streamlined, and I love the fact that the whole thing is touchless. Definitely the way of the future! Get ticket spicket if your school or a game you’re going to has them as an option.

TicketSpicket gets me what I need … I can find my tickets, passes, and I can save my local schools. Plus the customer service was very responsive and great to work with when I had a problem with my tickets.

Registered, bought tickets...couldn’t pull tickets up within TicketSpicket before game, tried to reset password with app, didn’t get reset password email, called customer service and they said they would have someone call me back...I wasn’t able to get into the game that I paid for.....it’s now been 22 hours since that call and I still haven’t got a call back. I called customer service again and they’ve said again that they would have to take my phone number and have to call me back.

If you use password auto fill (like most of the world), strap in for a load of frustration. TicketSpicket has a litany of problems. Unless you use the Forgot My Password link, which is a waste of time and effort. Or unless you copy/paste from the password auto fill menu, which is a waste of time and effort. Or unless you use the website, where it works; however, this renders TicketSpicket useless. Now that the developers know the problems, can you simply fix it?

What happened to paying cash at the gate? Why am I paying a 1.50 convenience fee for every ticket when TicketSpicket is NOT convenient. I can’t even get into my account where I have purchased a punch card for 10 games. It keeps sending me to the login screen again and tells me to update my app. My app is updated! I just want to watch my kids game without the worry of being able to get in. 🤦🏻♀️

I hate TicketSpicket and so wish I had not gone online and paid for high school play off game tickets with it. You can’t print the tickets and if you open them before the gate they are void. I’ve wasted so much time with this awful app in order to save 2 minutes at the gate and for the privilege of paying this developer a $1.50 fee and for total aggravation and wasting my time. Run! Do not use us my humble opinion!

I paid but can’t access tickets. TicketSpicket worked fine the day I bought tickets but now that I need them, I can’t access them. TicketSpicket isn’t working and neither is the website. I also needed to purchase an extra ticket but can’t do that either. I hope I don’t miss my sons football game. Probably won’t get a refund either.

Went to purchase tickets on the mobile app only to get a 400 error. Wouldn’t process and I couldn’t buy tickets. Had to go through the process all over again on their web site. Good thing I was planning ahead and wasn’t already at a venue for a game.

Every time I open TicketSpicket it has lost my login. Then I have to go find password to re-enter it as it does not work with iPhone passwords to remember them. Super annoying bug/missing feature.

I love everything about TicketSpicket and company! They genuinely care so much about their customers and really take the time to listen. They make online ticketing extremely easy and I would highly recommend to those searching for a ticket provider - you will not regret it!

I use a password app that auto logs me in and TicketSpicket doesn’t recognize my password about 50% of the time. I’m forced to use the forgot my password tab and reset the password to get access to TicketSpicket . Super frustrating and an epic fail.

They obviously can’t handle Friday night traffic for football tickets. Everything times out. People can’t get into their events because the technology is ready for prime time apparently.

Every school district around me uses TS. What a worthless app. I know not all outages can be planned but, good grief, to not have a system in place as backup is ridiculous. Worthless.

Terrible experience. Couldn't buy all of the tickets I needed in one transaction, so I had to do multiple, single ticket transactions. Then I had to switch which card I was paying with after buying a few tickets because the app was concerned about "risk_threat". Absolutely terrible design. Easy to use only if you want to buy a ticket for yourself and yourself only. Would not recommend this app to anyone.

Ticket Spicket absolutely sucks. Website shows constant 504 timeouts, tickets get reserved but never able to purchase them, so just lost my seats. Hour plus on the phone with customer support, who without asking me, resets my password to a stupid simple word, they state this is standard process. As an ex PCI QSA, this means they won't pass PCI nor SOX audit, major Cybersecurity issues. Stay clear, both very insecure and zero customer support, worse, they create the cybersecurity issues themselves. If you want to hack this site, don't bother with scanners, just ask support to reset anyone's account, they don't even verify your identity. Hope ticket spicket is the next in the news with "millions of records leaked or stolen" so they learn first hand. Shame on you!

I was disappointed in using Spicket Ticket. I paid to watch a High School JV Basketball game, but due to incoming bad weather the game was cancelled for the JV that morning, but for some reason the school allowed the Varsity to travel 50 minutes away to play. I immediately notified Spicket Ticket for a refund and I was informed that they would notify me by email when my refund was sent. Two weeks later I'm still looking for my refund. After emailing Spicket Ticket back and forth, they decided to tell me that they paid all refunds out and I would have to contact the client. What the Flip kind of answer is that. I have to contact the other school for refund. I am highly upset and disappointed in this process. I will tell anyone who decides to use Spicket Ticket to just pay at the school. This is bad business and I will never recommend anyone to use this process. Some never had problems and believe this is a great way to pay, but for my second time using site, it will be my last time. Thanks for nothing SPICKET TICKET.
