1 year agoWhen I received my recent citi.card statement, I found two charges on 08/26 by GOFAN HIGH SCHOOL TIX ALPHARETTA GA. Both charges were made on the same day for the same amount $24.00. I did purchase two tickets on 08/26 to attend a Donoho H.S. versus Pleasant Valley H.S. game in Jacksonville, AL. The two tickets were for $24.00 and my on-line purchase was accepted at the gate. I DID NOT purchase two tickets twice. I should receive a credit to my account from your company for $24.00. I am disputing the second charge with both you and the credit card company.

2 years agoBought tickets for a play my grand-daughter was performing in. Got to the venue and could not present the tickets on our phone. Had to buy tickets again. (Not the first time this has happened. However, my credit card has a purchase pending, when it posts Credit Card Company will try to get a refund for us.)

2 years agoI purchased 3 tickets for the Brazoswood vs Dickinson boys’basketball game in Dickinson, Texas, on the morning of January 25, 2022. Before leaving for the game, I tried to pull up my tickets on my IPhone, but was unsuccessful. Instead, I got a message saying, “Oops! We are experiencing problems with the site. Check back later.” I continued to try to view the tickets as we drove to the out of town game with no luck. When we arrived in Dickinson, I went through the Brazoswood website, and purchased 3 tickets. I would appreciate a refund to my account for being double billed. Thank you. Pamela F Potts 9794804538

When I typed in thirty and tried to pay, it would not let me. Then I tried to pay for two at a time, it would not let me. 2 years agoI went to a volleyball game on Oct 6th, 2021 at Donald Pavlik Alma Middle School in Alma Mi., this was a volleyball game and they said the machine was giving them problems so the gentleman tried running my debit card twice and said that the system was down, when I looked at my bank transactions today they charged me twice by the same tickets. 2 years agoI purchased 2 tickets today. I am old. My husband is old too, we are seniors. Cant take cash so had to use school comp at door last wk. At work ordered tickets for tomorrows game. Paid and sent them to my home comp. Now they are saying I can not print. What? You are not user friendly and I paid. I have better get in tomorrow. This is insane. 2 years agoI PURCHASED 2 TICKETS TO THE ESTERO HIGH VS NFMHS FOOTBALL GAME TUESDAY AUGUST 17 USING MY CELL PHONES BUT THE TICKETS WHERE SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS. ORDER NUMBER IS 9989345. I HAVE TRIED REPEATEDLY TO BRING UP THE TICKETS ON MY CELL PHONE BUT I CAN NOT BRING UP THE TICKETS. THE FOOTBALL GAME IS TONIGHT' IF I CANNOT TRANSFER THE TICKETS TO MY CELL PHONE, IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN VALIDATE THE EMAIL PAPER TICKETS AT THE GATE?

Bought useless tickets…
We pre-purchased tickets for a game at a school in a different county. Upon arriving at the school we were told that the school NEVER sells tickets online and does NOT have an account with GoFan. We ended up having to pay (again!) cash to get in to the game. We immediately contacted GoFan to try and resolve this issue and we were told that they have a no refund under any circumstance policy. I am not sure how GoFan gets away with selling tickets to a school that they don’t have an account with. So buyer beware!! Don’t purchase GoFan tickets in advance because EVEN if they advertise the game tickets on their site, they may not do you any good when you get there. Lesson learned, money lost— we will never pre-purchase tickets on GoFan again. We will wait till we are at the ticket counter to ensure the school actually uses GoFan. Also, I will be petitioning for OUR county to stop using GoFan or at least offer a cash option so that I don’t get my money stolen again!

Needs another update
After the last update, Only half the events listed for my school have shown up in my app. To get the tickets, I have to find someone who can see the event listed on their app and have them send me the link. This was never an issue before, but now it’s a huge inconvenience, especially with limit ticket sales. ***I have updated. Refreshed. Tried the website. Deleted and redownloaded the app. Everything. I’ve called the schools directly to make sure they are available on the app when I don’t see them. There’s currently a game available now with tickets that I can’t see through this app, but someone sent me the purchase link to from their phone.

Terrible
I got the app and paid with Apple Pay for some tickets. Not once did it ask for a login or email. Paid and waited for something to happen or prompt for an email. Nothing. Checked the apple wallet. Nothing. Checked my bank. Charged for the tickets. Go back to the app and it wants me to buys tickets again. All the reviews that say great customer service must be old because I can not find any contact info to get customer service. I tried Facebook and the automated message is says they are away. Looked for refund options and how convenient, no refunds allowed. What a terribly designed app and non existent customer service. Absolutely avoid this if possible.
