The new upgrade is a disaster can’t specifically shop at Woolworths. Good chance won’t use Zulzi anymore

Your updated app has destroyed how I feel about shopping with this app ! I don’t understand why you would do an update to make it so irritating difficult for us to now shop ! The barcode does not work - if I write instructions for the shopper because what I’m looking for is no longer on Zulzi they ignore it ! So many items that I used to shop for are no longer on Zulzi ! I have been a this app shopper since inception of your app and have always said it’s the best app ever ! Now it’s just horrible

this app really ruined a good thing. They say Zulzi is “enhanced” but they removed the ability to choose where you shop from. People do a grocery shop from a selected store - eg. You go to Woolies for X and you go to Dischem for X. No one wants the shoppers to select where their groceries should be brought from. This shows the company has done zero research into how South African consumers shop!

Zulzi upgrade is terrible you can no longer shop per retailer and a large number of the Woolworths products are no longer available. Very disappointed I used to love Zulzi and now when I try to use it it just makes me angry as the UX is SO counterintuitive! You should fire your developers!

First experience and last. Definitely does not deliver in an hour. Cannot get through to customer call line. Held the line for 30mins. No one responds on the chat function. This is completely pointless service. Could have been great.

Difficult, slow and then not in sync with the stores. 10/10 you’ll receive multiple calls and messages from your”shopper “ who has NO product knowledge Zulzi is not synchronised with ANY of the stores so easier to get it yourself or use another app!

Please bring back the shop by store feature. The update makes shopping confusing and doesn’t simplify the process for the user. I’ve loved using your app, but I really dislike this change and won’t be using it again.

Buyer beware, this is a scam operation, pay for items that are not delivered and unreachable "customer service" - Zulzi should be removed from the apple store as it facilitates fraud.

I used this app back when they had a partnership with Woolies and Dis-Chen but now that they’ve no longer got that, Zulzi is unusable and quite frankly terrible. Deliveries take way too long to arrive and have, on more than one occasion, taken upwards of three hours for just a few items. Do not use Zulzi anymore. Woolworths has their own delivery app called Woolies Dash and it’s brilliant. this app, fix your app. Make it easy to select the shop I’d like to buy from, add a favourites tab, fix your delivery times and perhaps that will be enough to bring customers back. Until then I’m using Checkers 60Sixty and Woolies Dash.

Terrible update can’t select stores and terrible experience. Used to be my go to app but not using less and less due to the terrible experience of app

I am very unimpressed with the new app and the fact that there has been no communication with regards to this.
I dislike it so much I may NEVER use this app again.

I agree with everyone else. The new update is terrible. I used to be a die hard this app user and told all of my friends to use it but now my food is never delivered on time and Zulzi is more confusing than ever to use. Also I don’t understand why they can’t make a favorites category. We all shop for the same products over and over and should be able to access those items quickly! I only buy my produce from Woolies and the new update makes it very difficult to figure out which store I will be ordering from. this app please come out with a new update to fix these issues ASAP as I’m afraid you are quickly losing customers.

I downloaded this app and used it for the first time today. I ordered from two shops and found the process of ordering reasonably easy though the choice was more limited than when actually using the online shop websites directly. For me the advantage was being able to receive the shopping in one delivery. The payment process was swift too.

But thereafter I found a lot of problems. The timestamps were incorrect. As a result my delivery time passed without receiving anything. There is no contact information and my messages (in my shopping order) were ignored. Eventually much later, the delivery arrived. There were no receipts to sign which I found strangeI The delivery man had no sooner left than I found an extra packet that did not belong to me. It was almost an hour later that he returned to fetch it. And, on unpacking my shopping, I found that one unscented item which I had requested 4 of, is incorrect (1 unscented and 3 scented, which I cannot use!) and I am unable to return them because I do not know how to contact anyone.

I am deleting Zulzi and will continue to do online shopping directly with the actually shops myself. I will also be telling the companies that this app shops at, just how disappointed I am with Zulzi .

The ability to create shopping lists is an essential feature of any shopping app. Please fix this!

I can’t shop per store why ?

Below basic levels of shopping. Definitely NEVER 15mins and the tracking doesn’t even work / is far from live. Prepare to wait outside for an unknown amount of time. S

Search engine needs to refine, fir eg a huge waste of time wading through white toilet paper and white bleach and white toothpaste when you searched for white sugar

I downloaded Zulzi after having to wait two weeks for an order from a main grocery store, I then used Zulzi, low and behold my order was delivered within a few hours from the same shop that wanted me to wait 2 weeks. I am very impressed and will continue using your app and recommending it to others.

I absolutely love Zulzi. It does the job always and on time. I enjoy all the features it now has including options for what must the pickers do if they don’t find your product. It’s also great that it works seamlessly with Woolworths, PicknPay, Spar and Dischem (based on where I live). Thanks for a superb app 👌🏾
