Terrible app will not allow me to create a password to create an account. Also OVO says it works in Indonesian & English. There is no english option available to set up the account, who knows if that’s available once the account is set up as I keep getting an error message thus I can’t actually set up an account. You’re losing business

Does not support non Indonesian phone numbers. So, useless for expats and short term visitors

OVO is unusable. 300,000 rupiah stuck and unable to access. Customer support does not exist

There is no option to switch to English.. cant even figure out how to log in.

OVO should have a language option from the very beginning.

I only use this app because everyone uses it too. They keep rejecting my upgrade application because they think that my passport photo is different than my face......why would I lie? :)

Thank you so much for the awful experience that given to me. The CS was not really helpful and didn’t give any solution. Better using other’s finance apps.
Really disappointed.

I don’t want to see pop up ads on an app that I am required to use for transactions. There is no reason for showing pop ups in an app.

I am also reporting to Apple because these are not best practices for apps and it is abusive.

I got my money cut twice for the same transaction and asked me to manually get my money back from the merchant.
My dissapointment is the developer missed out the fact that customer could eat everywhere (outside the city or not even close to their home) and still asked us to manually get the money.
Wish you could have better solution.

I spent a +IDR 250,000 on a merchant with ‘up to 30% off cash back’ with fine print you have to play mini game in OVO to get it. It would have been fine if I only get around 10%, 15%, or 20% since it looks like a raffle, but I ended up only getting 235 this app points!!? That’s less than 1%!! It costed more than my top up fees at IDR 1,000 per transaction.. shame 👎🏿👎🏿

The promo is very unclear. Have followed the terms and conditions but were rejected with reason of the quota, while there is no indication or notification that the quota has run out or not.

i would like to upgrade to premier.. would be better if u can do it via apps without havin to go to ur booth
