Usage not being updated
Unable to get any sense out of this app. SSE was fine. Keeps sending me emails asking me to reset my password
The app is useless It doesn’t accept payments, card numbers It was easier to pay SSE by using internet banking All this app is doing is taking up room on my phone

Ive tried twice over two weeks to access app but it keeps trying unsuccessfully. I can't check usage as I want to. Please can someone get it up and running at this difficult time when we really need to keep a check on usage!
My account was with SSE. I can't access my account as its telling me to set up a new one with OVO. I've tried numerous times and I keep getting told there's a problem. Please sort this out. I didn't have this problem with SSE.
OVO app is not loading AGAIN! Trying to enter meter readings & pay. Not good enough, OVO. This happens on a regular basis and is so frustrating. DO SOMETHING!!!!!
