How to fix Floryday app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Floryday app on iPhone
Update Floryday app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Floryday iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Floryday on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Floryday network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Floryday Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Floryday not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Floryday App
1. On android, goto Settings » Floryday » click [Force Stop]

Update Floryday to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Floryday App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Floryday » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Floryday.

Fix Floryday unable to contact server/ Floryday internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Floryday » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Floryday » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Floryday
