If you have an event. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You’re package will not arrive for over 28 days if it arrives at all. I still have not received my dress. And the “tracking” 😂😂 good luck with that. The last post was on the 5th when my goods were “shipped” it’s the 21st. Not a single update on its movement. If I knew this site was basically a Chinese Wish relative I wouldn’t have gone near it. If you dare ordering from here expect at least a month for arrival. difficulty communicating with the store. Or for you to receive nothing and therefore having no physical item to return so you’ll not be getting a refund either. The item you loved is available from another more reputable company it just might cost a little more. But it’s worth it.

I’m very disappointed in this store it’s been 2 months n still my order not delivered to me n yet I see fraudulent n money stealing this is not right some ppl work hard to make money to order you can’t fix where s person to chat back with you don’t have the gall to have phone numbers or way to get refunded I won’t be ordering from yous anymore I plan to let BBB know how this store is n I’m already letting ppl know not to order oh n need I sat every nick name won’t work hmmm

I ordered a shirt on May 14th. Almost a month later and I still haven’t received my package, although their tracking shows delivered. I filled out a ticket (there’s an option for package says delivered but not received). And gave them written information as well. I only got an auto response on my ticket to look at my tracking. I have reached out to them several times with no help.
