1 year agoI became a member a number of years ago with a email address that is no longer in use (wrg9@redacted). I see where I was charged $99 on a credit card I rarely use any more and would like to get a refund on that charge. I no longer use your service and would like to stop the automatic charges. Could you please contact me so we can complete that process. My Cell Phone number is 620-235-6671; texting would be my preferred method of communicating. The credit card used is issued by Chase, the last four numbers are 1946. The last charge to that card was on Dec 16th. My mailing address is 704 Twin Lakes Drive, Pittsburg, KS 66762. Shopping List feature isn’t customizable
If you want to use this app to have your shopping list on your phone, just realize that you can’t customize your meal plan. If you customize your meal plan and send the ingredients to the shopping list, it just sends the ingredients for the original plan. I ended up with not enough of some ingredients for meals I wanted to do twice and then I bought ingredients for meals that I had not intended to make. Also, the shopping list kept jumping and rearranging itself, so I ended up not getting a few items that I needed because stuff at the bottom of the list had jumped to the top. Basically, this is only good for looking at the recipes.

Good if you aren’t vegetarian
If you eat meat, the app is great. If you are vegetarian, they do not add recipes as frequently as they do the meat options. I have been using the app for a few months now, and there is very little variety to what the meal plans offer. If I look at meal plans that have meat, you can go months without eating the same thing. Also, in a recent update they even removed the vegetarian filter from the search system.

It was great, until latest update
I give this app 3 stars because I loved it, until the latest update. I am no longer able to access the app. When I try to open the app now, it tells me to update, even though the latest update is already installed. I now have to go through the Diet Doctor website, which is ok, just a bit different to navigate.
