I need to cancel this account. I need to put a stop to the subscription and I need $49.98 refunded back to me please

Crooks - beware

I have used the free version of this app for a while and it was a good app. Recently, I went to log in, used my finger print to do so and was surprised to see I had subscribed to the pro version for a year. I logged out again and yes - the login screen is a giant subscription page, with no way to access your free account. Thankfully, there was a 3 day trial so I immediately went to my account and cancelled the subscription. Well, not so fast. The subscription showed that it would expire 1 year from now - so, not taking the trial period in consideration. I immediately wrote to support. No answer. Wrote again the next day. No answer. Then the charge posted on my credit card. I immediately contested the charge on my card. To add insult to injury, this action resulted in my App Store account to be disabled because yeah - you should only contest fraudulent charges with Apple or you’re being retaliated against ! I was now refunded but had to spend 40 min in the phone waiting for Apple Support because this is the only way you can restore your account (at this point it’s too late to download the Apple support app- won’t work with a disabled account and my phone is set to offload unused apps). So users - beware - there are many app that are as good and not as fishy.

Unethical App developer

I downloaded this app the other day along with other fasting apps to compare and see which one I liked to use. I signed up for the “free 3 day trial” and read in the fine print that I would be charged after three says of use and had until then to cancel to avoid charges. Within five minutes of downloading the app and checking out the app, I decided to check my bank. They charged me for an entire year!! An entire year. I wasn’t 20 minutes into this “free trial” and got charged for a year. If you’re going to take people over the coals, tell them so in the fine print, please. Douche bags.

Still freezing

I was using this app and really liked it. Then it started giving me problems. I wouldn’t open it up and none of the buttons would respond when I pressed them. I also made sure I installed the most recent update. tried once a day to open this app after this issue started happening and the same problem occurred. I then uninstalled it last week. Today I reinstalled it thinking the glitch would have been fixed by now...nope. This was such a great app. Please get it to work properly again. Thanks!!’
