Ok, so I was already downloading HomePathbyFannieMae when I remembered to read the reviews.
I have an iPhone 5, so this was already looking bleak.
As soon as it was done installing, I tapped "Open" and when HomePathbyFannieMae opened, I typed in a CITY and STATE in the search with NO FILTERS, and yup, it said that NO RESULTS WERE FOUND and suggested that I "WIDEN MY SEARCH"... So... I guess I'm asking too much by specifying a CITY within a STATE??? ...Which by the way, the city I specified has a paltry 53,000 residents, which I guess must be too "SMALL-TOWN" for HomePathbyFannieMae???

ignored filter(s) & sort;
freezes (have to close & reopen);
scanning map by area does not work, have to enter town by town ~ which is ridiculous BS if you are considering a county or two or more ... Absolute Waste of Time & Space.

No matter where I look it always says no properties are available... Even with no filters on! I’ve updated HomePathbyFannieMae , updated the tablet, uninstalled, reinstalled, et c! Not to mention the insane amount of spam they email me! So done! Do not get this!

Not sure who developed HomePathbyFannieMae but Fannie Mae should ask for their money back. Completely useless. Freezes, loads half of a picture, can’t sort...horrible.

I used HomePathbyFannieMae for 5 minutes then deleted it. Looks like it was developed 20 years ago.

I've tried HomePathbyFannieMae on two iPhones (6s and 7) both with the latest OS. You click on a property and you get the little white window showing it's trying to load/update or whatever. You have to close HomePathbyFannieMae down and restart it
