Why are you enforcing unique identifiers? This isn't a social media platform. No matter what user name I choose it won't let me register.

This application is the most confused app I have seen, I don’t even know if it’s real I just wish I can remove the one star i gave to them because they don’t deserve any star

I can’t choose any user name!

Just loosing the time and money .
Even till now i don’t know it’s spam or not

Has a lot of bugs

Can’t even register. Says I put the phone number and then the label takes over the number hence invalidating the data I’ve put in. Change your web designer or improve

Profile section has no save button. When selcting country in the profile section there is no way to get back to the original screen. Idk how people are using PureMatrimony.

So I had my account suspended because my photo was not clear. I asked them to delete my account. They emailed me that my account has been “deleted” which was not true. The account was not deleted but still suspended which did not give me the chance to log in and delete my information. The suspension inquiry was answered by an email with MY PHOTO, so they downloaded it, saved it to their PCs, attached to an email without any respect to my privacy. When I sent an email about this they said “they keep my data for ONE YEAR!!!!” Which is ridiculous.

As the title of the post says, it logs out after just one day of inactivity. Why?

1 - PureMatrimony has so much potential I believe it’s better than Muzz and even salam app because it lets you add your wail number I think that’s a big pro

2-I hate that it made me make a detailed list of my interest about myself my bio my profile and what I’m looking for in a man just for me to have to pay $15 just to message a potential partner

3-having to wait a whole 24 hours just to update my profile that everybody can read, but no one can message is kinda wack

4-not doing any type of verification check to make sure nobody is cat fishing is a big red flag

I sign in with my apple id fill in the first page then click next and nothing happens. Can some help?

This is the best place to find practicing people, but PureMatrimony is not so user friendly

So far I like PureMatrimony . It looks like only people who are serious signs up. The questions they suggest people can answer and personality tests , and adding Walli are really great features. My only issue is that you have to upgrade to premium in order to have the “messages” enabled. I personally think that’s wack. You should have to be a premium member to access that. I’d suggest even if the developers want to keep it the way, maybe have a limited access to messaging and when that number is reached then , the person can upgrade to premium.

The concept of PureMatrimony is amazing, it complies the most with shariaa laws, but need some technical and UI improvements, may Allah bless you and reward you for what you do, keep going

First off let’s start with the good:

Pros

1) Less fitnah: All photos are blurred by default and can only be seen when both parties agree. As long as the girl is covering herself properly there are no problems here.
2) Both the website and app work well. Everything is clearly laid out.

Cons

1) Hardly any American girls: If you are a brother in the US looking for a girl locally you won’t find many girls here. There are there yes but there are not nearly as many of them as there are girls from the UK.

This is a major drawback for me. I think the only solution is for the Pure Matrimony team to advertise with major Masajid and well known organizations in the US to drive the membership numbers up.

2) It takes a long time to load the page that shows girls who recently visited your profile. This is the case on both the website and PureMatrimony . I am not sure why that information in particular takes so long to load.

I have rated PureMatrimony four stars even though it’s not much use to me as a man living in the US. That’s because the concept of PureMatrimony is much needed in a world of Haram apps like Salams/Minder and Muzmatch.

I expected rubbish, but its actually very good.

PureMatrimony is very easy to use and every day you get notification about new people who are interested in opening conversation with you

So far so good Alhamdulilaah.

Mashallah, most of the people here are serious. If you’re serious about marriage but want less fitna bombardment and red flags, please leave tinder, muzmatch, minder etc and go there.

The platform is built and managed VERY well Alhamdulillah! The desktop UI and the mobile UI are clean.
