This app sounds not function and I could not find any data loaded at the app from the Elite Academy’s recommendation to use this app. This was recommended for us to use this app by the Soccer Elite Academy. Is it function with the current EA soccer league (youth)? I paid $19.99 yearly fee and would like to get it refunded if it is no use. Thanks Jacob Liu

How to fix Jungo Sports app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Jungo Sports app on iPhone
Update Jungo Sports app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jungo Sports iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jungo Sports on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jungo Sports network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Jungo Sports Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Jungo Sports not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jungo Sports App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jungo Sports » click [Force Stop]

Update Jungo Sports to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jungo Sports App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jungo Sports » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jungo Sports.

Fix Jungo Sports unable to contact server/ Jungo Sports internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jungo Sports » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jungo Sports » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jungo Sports
