- Love bench but the app now crashes since I updated to get the pulse feature.

To resolve Bench Accounting network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Bench Accounting App
1. On android, goto Settings » Bench Accounting » click [Force Stop]

Clear Bench Accounting App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bench Accounting » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bench Accounting.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bench Accounting » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bench Accounting » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
