I made many multiple orders this past January. Delivery always takes at least a month and often times seated longer than that. That customer service tells you whatever you want to hear, but with no results. Descriptions are very misleading and products are low quality. Everything arrives separately and I am still waiting products that I was not told until one month later that they were out of stock and That I need to wait until March before they are even stocked again. (Was never mentioned when I made my purchase). Prices are cheap though, I’ll give them one start for that. One product changed my mind about one hour after the order and was promised by 5 different operators who spoke very poor English on 5 different that I would be refunded, and still have heard nothing. They claim notes have been made internally to refund me, that will not be reflected in my account (nor is it possible to send a confirmation email), but trust them, it is coming that week. Very frustrating and disappointing. First review I have ever written about anything ever. Word.

These people are complete scammers. I made an order for less than $15. It was supposed to ship within 7-15 business days. I waited for 2 months and it still didn’t ship. I messaged them multiple times asking where my order was. They said they the things I ordered haven’t been made yet. Why would you let people buy it if it hasn’t been produced yet??? They asked me to be a little more patient. Also there is a button in your orders that says, “dispatch faster.” What is that?? Why do I have to press a button everyday to make you ship my order faster? After the amount of time I waited and my order still wasn’t shipped, I asked for a refund. They refunded me. I will never buy something from here again. This is total bull****. Please do not give these people your credit card number and money. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Look up “is Gearbest a scam” on google. You’ll find all the information you need. Shame on you, Gearbest.

Where do I begin. I ordered two items back in May, never received them, world pandemic and whatnot and I understand all of that. The problem starts when you actually ask them to refund you. The customer service is awful and however you try to explain your problem they doesn’t seem to understand you. One of the sellers refunded me in the meantime while the other one closed shop in the meantime and Gearbest after arbitration of two and a half months concluded they decided that the package was sent and I was at fault for not having left the correct address. I tried to explain them that I already purchased other items from the platform and never had problems before but that doesn’t seem to bother them. So that’s it, I decided to give up on my 17$ but I’m gonna trash them whenever I can
