Functions in the app are working, can book a space, but it can't scan QR Code (when checking in). Phone is Huawei Nova 10 Pro.

My condeco app can book and has all the functions. The only thing is once I've booked I can't scan the qrcode through the app. my qrcode reader seems fine for other functions. So it can't be my camera. Kindly help.

Condeco app not letting me self-certify. I uninstalled it and re-installed and the self certify prompt is not enabling.
