I understand they made a new app. Before downloading I had to put in my debit card. I thought that was weird, but I just got charged $33.52. So am I getting charged to use this app now? I need the app because I don’t live near this bank and only have this bank to make my mortgage payments. So if this is something normal please someone reply because this is not normal! I don’t appreciate being robbed because I don’t work, it’s my husbands money that provides for our family. If this is a new thing where I’m getting charged every month I will be contacting someone.

This new app has a problem. Can’t change the recurring amount for one month only in bill pay without changing all of the other recurring amounts
