Though I’m seeing Myplan 250 & 160 in my eligible Plans, I can’t migrate to those as it prompts “Invalid Input. NID”. Even though I haven’t asked or inserted any information about NID. There were only info about address and email id options that I was asked to Input. Even contacted Support and they assured me more than once that I can migrate from MyGP app. And after several attempts, clearing cache, recharging worthless 400tk deposits then received call from 121 that “ I’VE TO GO TO NEAREST CUSTOMER CARE” What a “JOKE”. If it’s not possible there should not be any option in the first place.

Whenever I want to gift FlexiPlan, it shows “To gift Flexiplan, you need to use Mobile data (GP Internet) from the same number you are using MyGP with” and don’t let me gift FlexiPlan.

It keeps saying this even though I'm using mobile data from the same number that I’m using with MyGP. And why is there such an absurd rule that I can't use WiFi and must only use mobile data from the same number?

This is unacceptable. The internet balance that you show on MyGPBangladesh is vastly inaccurate. I went on to browse the Internet seeing I have around 40 MBs remaining and within few seconds, without any browsing at all, I receive message saying ‘Pay-go’ internet has started. And before you know it, your account balance is gone ! This couldn’t have happened because of the background app refresh because I had that feature turned off on my phone. This is a cheating with your customer base and a violation of consumer rights. The whole ‘pay-go’ thing is a scam. You add a layer to it by showing inaccurate internet balance on MyGPBangladesh. I am thoroughly disgusted and outraged.

Worst network in the country. The network frequency does not work in most places. In addition, No need to make such an app that cannot be used when you run out of internet and need to purchase internet. They are the hypocrite company in the country with the most expensive internet where the frequency is abnormally down most of the time. Many people are in the trap of getting this network in the first phase of mobile network expansion and cannot easily change the network as their number is spread out. GP is taking illicit advantage of its early expansion.

Gramophone helps to company by sells our data. I don't want your offer and discount. You give my number to govt. They disturbing me everyday by giving me unwanted sms. Grammeenphone also send sms to us. Disturbing me everyday and night. Please stop your marketing annoying policy. Otherwise I will starting true review in everywhere. Very annoying for me your marketing policy. This is my default review whoever tried to over marketing to me. Thanks Grameenphone marketing team!

“MyGP” app has always been Great. Everything we needed, was available!
But till recent update it feels so *Heavy and *Buggy

Yes, You guys want to organise MyGPBangladesh by introducing everything someone needs. All in one place!

But the question is, “Do We Really Need Everything”?
for example the *Games... If I have to or I want to play games, “I would have downloaded it from the appstore” not gonna waste my time on here!

But features like **“Sehri & Iftar Timing” or **“Namaz Timing” helped me a lot.
If it wasn’t “MyGp” app I might needed to go through the other 3rd party apps/Calendar/Printed Time every day.

But as I said, It was running smoothly enough until the last update. Now it feels so buggy and takes so much time to load and sometimes it don’t!

MyGPBangladesh is good. Please introduce dark mode and also if possible reduce down the price of the packages. As you are being able to improve your derives and you guys are now banned to sell new and old SIM cards in ND so for gods sake you have no right to increase the prices of the data packs. As 3G is going away very soon so please focus on implementing 5G as almost everyone buying a new phone in 2022 has a 5G enabled handset. So please take this review into consideration and at-least try to hold on to the game that GP had once.

Best wishes to you guys. 6+ years with you guys and wanna stay with you for the coming days ahead unless you guys want us all to watch to an alternative option.

MyGPBangladesh was really user friendly and easy to use. There is many exclusive offers for the users of MyGPBangladesh . But recently MyGPBangladesh is not opening. I have tried reinstalling MyGPBangladesh but still it is not opening. It is crashing every time i am trying to open MyGPBangladesh . My device is iphone 6s+

MyGPBangladesh was perfectly until i updated it to the latest version to view live cricket score. I’m using iPhone 6 and updated MyGPBangladesh 2/3 days ago. From then MyGPBangladesh is not working. MyGPBangladesh is crashing on start. I tried several things like uninstalling and installing back MyGPBangladesh but noting improved. Hope the developer would solve the issue.

Sorry as it is a long message:

I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify.

I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it.

An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number.

MyGPBangladesh is so far the best mobile operating app I’ve used. But still there’s some small features that should be added. Like the usage history. The outgoing call history is shown in it. But I really feel the necessity to see the incoming calls history also sometimes. There’s no way to see it in MyGPBangladesh . It’s a minor yet a very necessary thing. You might lose all your call history from your phone but yet check it from MyGPBangladesh if all the incoming calls are also stored there as well as the outgoing calls. Thank you.

Navigation:
- when you’re 2/3 steps inside an info, you can only go back from every page one at a time. Try adding navigating buttons at the bottom follow all pages.

Pull to refresh:
- home page doesn’t load with all items sometimes. Especially the remaining talk time card. Pull to refresh brings it back. Are we having multiple api calls for basic info? Can we load them in one call and render the baseline cards together?

Support for iPad:
- can’t manage the sim used in iPad from the central app on my phone. iPad doesn’t receive sms and mygp app runs on iPhone emulation mode there. We can have an alternate authorization method other than sms. That would help to manage the devices from single central app.

Apart from these, I find MyGPBangladesh very useful. Through and through. Maintaining family’s multiple numbers from single app is very welcoming, especially when you are at work and your mom runs out of phone credits at home. Thank you GP for bringing MyGPBangladesh to me.

It will be convenient for the MyPlan postpaid users if this feature is added. Currently we can only check our remaining MyPlan balance by texting "plan" to 4777. This is troublesome. So it will be of great help if this information can be seen from the My GP app! 😃

When using through mobile data then it’s ok but while using via WiFi I got logged out automatically, need to log in again. It’s happening from last 7 days, previously it was ok. I’m using iPhone 6+. Please help.

I’m facing trouble from earlier today my application is crashing every time I open it. Even I did restart my iPhone device several times but no improvement.

Your network is very bad, network is not available anywhere, call does not go through, internet service is not available properly

The packages offered for the post paid customers are baseless and either they are blind or deaf. You need to be more customers friendly, otherwise you will be out of market.

Even on ios i cant even login, every 7 days MyGPBangladesh decides to log out , and when i try to login it decides to redirect me back to MyGPBangladesh and says somethings wrong, Please Fix it Asap

It was working well at beginning. But now it’s not working and every time I’m trying to login and a message pop up that “It’s not you, It’s us”. After that I followed the process several times but I didn’t get any solution moreover they’re customer support is not working as well. Such a frustrating situation.

I was Frequently Using MyGPBangladesh on My iPhone 7 but since I download this on My another device which is iPhone 5C with a different number after that it is not Opening here !
Any Idea What's going Wrong ?
