This is unacceptable. The internet balance that you show on the app is vastly inaccurate. I went on to browse the Internet seeing I have around 40 MBs remaining and within few seconds, without any browsing at all, I receive message saying ‘Pay-go’ internet has started. And before you know it, your account balance is gone ! This couldn’t have happened because of the background app refresh because I had that feature turned off on my phone. This is a cheating with your customer base and a violation of consumer rights. The whole ‘pay-go’ thing is a scam. You add a layer to it by showing inaccurate internet balance on this app. I am thoroughly disgusted and outraged.

Worst network in the country. The network frequency does not work in most places. In addition, No need to make such an app that cannot be used when you run out of internet and need to purchase internet. They are the hypocrite company in the country with the most expensive internet where the frequency is abnormally down most of the time. Many people are in the trap of getting this network in the first phase of mobile network expansion and cannot easily change the network as their number is spread out. GP is taking illicit advantage of its early expansion.

Though I’m seeing Myplan 250 & 160 in my eligible Plans, I can’t migrate to those as it prompts “Invalid Input. NID”. Even though I haven’t asked or inserted any information about NID. There were only info about address and email id options that I was asked to Input. Even contacted Support and they assured me more than once that I can migrate from MyGP app. And after several attempts, clearing cache, recharging worthless 400tk deposits then received call from 121 that “ I’VE TO GO TO NEAREST CUSTOMER CARE” What a “JOKE”. If it’s not possible there should not be any option in the first place.
