Same issue as reviewee: ‘By Bryana 9 months ago I keep getting a post on the app that says ‘failed to load item’ please try again— it’s annoyingly popping up every time I select something. I’ve tried logging out I’d rather not un-install it unless I have too.’

The Canva cookie policy connection is not working. You click to read the policy and accept the policy and once you do, it does nothing. FIX THIS. It's been going on for a while now. Paying customers deserve better or a refund.

Not allowing me to upload. Just spinning and spinning. I am a paying customer. Tried to load from Canva as well, and it will not accept cookie even though I keep saying allow.

Planoly refuses to autopost scheduled IG posts. There is either a delay of a few hours or it doesn’t post at all.

Hi I'm having issues with my app. At first it couldn't load my feed so I restarted the app and tried to login again. It then said my login attempt failed so I tried to reset my password only to find that also wasn't working. Please can you let me know if your having issues with the app? And when you hope to resolve these? Thanks Sophie
