How to fix Snug app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Snug app on iPhone
Update Snug app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Snug iPhone app

To resolve Snug network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Snug app issues:

Force Stop the Snug App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Snug app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Snug to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Snug App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Snug app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Snug.

Fix Snug unable to contact server/ Snug internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Snug » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Snug » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Snug on android.
