Hi Andras After your comment I tried your song of Boogie Boys and that works for me. I have tried a number of other songs and got Error code 11 Then tried ….Remastered The Great Cliff Richard “Living Doll “ and that plays. Sounds like YouTube might be doing something.

Error 11 “failed to read YouTube media” on most videos. I wonder if this is a Sonostube issue or if YouTube may have done something to media encoding or the downloading process that blocks Sonostube playback? And maybe some percentage of videos haven’t been blocked yet? For instance “A Fly Girl” by the Boogie Boys will still play without error 11. 🤔

Just saying that my SonosTube app is not working either

Most songs return errorcode 14. This has last for some weeks now. Some songs play without problem

Error code 13 now for several weeks

Also here Code13 on Android....very disappointing that obviously SonosTube is not willing to fix this issue. In general great app as it was a smart way to enjoy YouTube on Sonos, but now....

Having the same problem that many have already reported in the past 24 to 36 hours. Sonos tube all of the sudden is giving the error code 11 and failing to read the media. Rediscovery to IP address set up in the Sonos app and or reset in setting of this app is not working either.

Same for me..... SonosTube fails to play media, Error 11 on iPhone 11. I use this app all the time I love it. Sent message to developer but haven't heard back from them.

Hi sonos tube stopped a couple of weeks now , has error 13, it sort of loads then says error code 13 unable to play, how you can fix it soon please . David.

It seems like everyone has the exact same issue either error code 11 for iPhones and error code 13 for androids; and I am also assuming it stopped working for us around mid February so like the past week. I too have sent plenty of emails to SonosTube with no avail. I’m kind of glad everyone’s dealing with the same issue, so it’s something that they will fix faster than if it was just a unique issue each one of us had on our own.

Stopped working three days ago . Cant read Youtube media - error codes 11, 13 . Its hitting the Sonos , as it stops whatever is playing , it is also seeing YTube as you can search for songs . Fix the code please!

Error 11, not working. Curious is latest update on iPhone has caused issue or its internal to SonosTube? Any guesses? No response from SonosTube either. Sent various emails.

SonosTube hasn’t worked on iPhone for three days now. Tried applying iP of several Sonos products but nothing works.
