Not even worth trying AllegianceHealthPlan. It is non-functioning. Can’t even log in. Or get help. App hasn’t been updated to fix issues in two years. Don’t waste your time. What a joke. This is beyond frustrating considering annual increases in my insurance premiums. Can’t make a useable app.
The preview should be a login screen, because you will never get past it. As many times as I’ve tried logging in via AllegianceHealthPlan , it continues to fail. No problems logging on through the web.
Same story as many others I’m not even able to access AllegianceHealthPlan … stuck in a login flow that doesn’t seem to understand anything. I can’t even get it to send the 2FA email to get part login.
Cannot even login and the UI feels like we are back in the early days of mobile app development. I hope there is a plan to modernize this and empower customers to actually use it.
Can’t even login! Keeps send me cod for login and nothing happens! Website doesn’t work either! I deeply regret having choosing this medical plan! I will change it next year!
Wish I’d never signed up for this insurance. It’s very concerning that a Health Insurance Company worth its salt doesn’t have a properly functioning app. Absolutely ridiculous!

Nothing populates correctly. The Find a Provider page is blank. Seems very incomplete.
Sign in with thumb print still requires ID number every time. So what the point.

App insists my username and/or password are wrong. THAT is wrong. Both are correct. Copy/pasted directly from my password manager. Wound up just using the site via Safari using same password manager. This is just embarrassing, yet very common it seems with health insurance apps.
Worthless app. Unable to login with correct credentials. Also, the forgot password or username links do NOTHING when you click them. No way to even login to AllegianceHealthPlan. The company and app developers should be embarrassed. How is it 2024 and a company of this size has such a poor app? Very concerning that this is who handles my health insurance.
There should be a way to add your ID card to Apple wallet, but otherwise AllegianceHealthPlan is fine.
Since the upgrade, I am able to do everything that I was hoping to do before, but couldn’t. It’s great having the ID card and claims at such easy access, and the interface is very user-friendly.
