Have tried to use this product multiple times and have had nothing but problems from not having the right version to only getting the version from a law firm instead of just getting from IDPal Store itself to not accepting the documents during the capture phase to capturing the bills. Not everyone has the utility bills in there name, in my case since I work non stop my wife has all this bills in her name. Bills are the easiest thing to grab without having to login to bank accounts, printing out statements…. To then capture. It should work if your spouse name on as well. I finally found a tax bill from the county for my 2 jet skis which is an official government document (local gov’t) but that would not be accepted. It finally accepted as a utility bill.
This took me way more time than it should have!! And was not the convenient to use.

I spent 6 hours trying to get a “lifeness & facial” matching picture but it never worked. My hair is shorter than my license & passport pix but same color & facial features. I tried taking the pix a full arms-length away, mid-arm length & full face pix up close. Nothing has worked!!

After scanning your card you will not be verrified. Please go do your stuff in person not on IDPal

Thanks for ruining my morning with this garbage. It barely works and took at least 100 tries to get it done.

Can’t see black on blue background.
If don’t have policy number and need to look up time needed have to renter all information.

App gives you No status on how things are going has problems loading pictures. Needs a lot of work.

Kept freezing and had to restart multiple times.

Had a ton of issues with the face capture. It’s straight up would not recognize my face and therefore would not initiate capture. It took multiple times reopening IDPal to get that one step to work.

Complete junk.

IDPal is VERY glitchy. It takes a very long time for it to capture images and once it finally does, and tells you it succeeded, the bank tells you that your pictures got "flagged" and you have to start the process all over again. Myself, and my co-signer had to download IDPal several times in order for it to work. Very bad design. I had to email photos of my documents to the bank in addition to using IDPal —how is this more secure?

Link given is supposed to submit ID information directly to a company to verify your identity. At the end of doing everything requested correctly, IDPal fails with a non-descript failure and requires starting the process over from the beginning. Tried this several times in a row. If a company asks you to use IDPal to verify your identity, skip it and find another reliable verification method. IDPal is trash. Don’t waste your time.

I have tried multiple times to upload my passport but it’s not devoting and the manual doesn’t work as well . Fix it ASAP

1.Uploading documents doesn’t work from OneDrive or iCloud (error every time). 2.Documents can’t be uploaded if they have more than five pages. But they don’t tell you that until you’ve gone through all the work to get the file in a place where you can actually upload it…

3.Oh, and IDPal timed out on me over 10 times, requiring me to restart uploads and pictures for multiple documents. Not a good experience.

I spent a ton of time trying to make it work. The ID scan did not work the first 5 times. I wish they would implement these thing when actually work

I entered my passport and face recognition. My phone locked itself as usual after a short timeout. When I can back, it lost everything I had done so far. :-(
I started over and did passport and face recognition. I then did my bank statement quickly. After my bank statement I had to do face recognition again. Clearly a bug!
The passport scanning is WAY too finicky. I had to hit the try again many times since it gave up too quickly.
It should get my address off of my bank statement. I shouldn’t have to type it in.
Regarding uploading files for proof of address, I generally don’t have files like this on my phone. Give me a link to use on my computer to do this. Using my camera for my bank statement makes me print it and the quality is nothing like uploading.
Sorry, but you guys have a long way to go!

IDPal was so much more difficult than other ID services I’ve used to line up a picture of my drivers license. It couldn’t perform the autocapture and then keep zooming in and cutting off the image when I did manual capture

Very good APP for supporting document fast safe and no issues easy to use

Online app is a easy process . Just be ready to have your pictures taken. 😊
