I travel to Europe monthly and it’s great having use of my phone. Once you set it up all you have to do is put the sim into the slot and reboot your phone. The prepaid international plan is just 15 Euros and is good for 30 days in 20+ countries. My only complaint was that it costed 50 Euros to set it up. I’m guessing it was because I purchased it at a kiosk at the airport. Once set up it’s great!
Country not listed
I live in Australia and it seems that this app has changed and my country is not listed, meaning I can’t enter my phone number for registration. If the app is only supporting for the listed countries, please bring the original Lebara app back as people from other countries also use Lebara. I remember just downloading the original Lebara app and I can just choose a plan and top up INSTANTLY in my country. But now we have to create an account and only six countries as options were given to us? 👎
Area of improvement
It would be helpful for American or Canadian travelers who use this SIM card while in Europe if there was a free phone number to call and speak with an operator who can speak English fluently, I would think they could make more customized calling plans and both the phone company and customer would be happier.

I bought 5 gigs, which last a month in every other country I’ve visited, but were “used up” after two days on Lebara (despite the fact that I was using WiFi for most data transactions). I had to pay 30 euros to even log back in, and then had to pay 5 euros for another gig, which is probably just a few MBs, based on their previous calculations. Sleazy company. RUN FROM THEM!!!
Network not stable in southern Germany
Sometimes the signal is full but the network is bad. Hope it can be improved.
Bought a SIM plan that said it included prepaid minutes. Once I inserted the SIM card it had no minutes credit and after a week of answering questions and providing evidence of my purchase Lebara Customer Service stopped responding and I had to pay for the minutes a second time.

Poor international mobile service
Since I began using Lebara, I’ve had difficult with the service. It cuts in and out sporadically. I was hoping for an easier time but I knew it wouldn’t perfect but it should be better.

Can't use money already in account
Have €10 in account, trying to renew for extra data for the month. Can use money already in account
I have my bundle renew on every month and I have enough topup funds in my account for it to withdraw the amount for my plan and it never does! If I'm not paying attention, I lose my service
So far no credit
Paid now 2-3times for a monthly service but still can’t make a call says 0.00 credit
Lebara is terrible! The service is pathetic. They app is not user friendly. And they will screw you out of money whenever they can. I do NOT recommend
