How to fix MyBoxMan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyBoxMan app on iPhone
Update MyBoxMan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyBoxMan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyBoxMan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyBoxMan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyBoxMan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyBoxMan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyBoxMan App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyBoxMan » click [Force Stop]

Update MyBoxMan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyBoxMan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyBoxMan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyBoxMan.

Fix MyBoxMan unable to contact server/ MyBoxMan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyBoxMan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyBoxMan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
