I tried the website and the App and I am unable to refund a parking reservation. I accidentally reserved 2 spots for an event, and want to refund one of them. I reserved this morning for tomorrow, 12/5 and I realized I accidentally added 2 reservations to the cart instead of just 1. I have been trying ever since that moment of paying to refund 1 spot without success. The spot is ADA parking for 12/5/25 at the Natural History Museum in San Diego, CA, 92126. The pass I am trying to refund has number 051262893
