It looked like it was going to be free but really to get the workouts you may end up wanting to do you have to pay. Some people canβt afford to pay for gym stuff thatβs why we get free apps. Yes I get nothing in life is 100% free but come on I had another 7min app on an old phone I loved and everything was free yeah turned into a walking advertisement basically but hey I had the workouts that I loved doing!
Unable to change preset height from 5β5β

Need to fix bugs in app... For example: cannot change apps preset personal height from 5β5β to any other β, only feet can change to change inches, so for example, I can put in that I am 7β8β or it will accept that I am 3β2β, but I cannot input 5β8β, so my workout will not be accurate for my actual height/weight, etc.

This is a good workout, however, the app itself needs some improvement. The creepy woman's voice could sound less digital & more legible (took me several workouts before I realized she was saying bicep chair), as well as the voice change halfway through the workout. Also at exercise 9 the prompt voice is no longer there so you need to look at your phone to see what's next. And, the thing that actually really gets me is the misspelling of okay at the end of the workout! I'm mean really, okey???? Keep tweaking this app & it may turn into a keeper.
