You really have to know what you are doing to make the customization capabilities work for you. I love that there are tons more exercises that FitBod, but I like that FitBod can develop a workout for based on next muscles & your available equipment, but can still be tweaked if you can’t or don’... Show more t want to do a specific exercise, or if you want to add /delete time, repetitions or sets. I know that your app allows me to “build” my own workout, but the point is, I don’t know how ensure that a workout I would build is healthiest. I need help. A trainer. An app acting as my trainer. This just didn’t help me. It’s a good app if you really understand the ins & outs of fitness and are trying to get something else out of it.

I’m amazed on how simple it’s to use the app, great job on that! However, it doesn’t always work properly, like if I exercised today instead of tomorrow as the app has suggested , it won’t save my workout , but instead shows it as exercised as for tomorrow because that’s the day app suggested . Nee... Show more ds lots of work on the suggestions too because there are many workouts that the weight is too light for me, and there are others in the same day’s workout that the weight recommended is too heavy for me. There are right ones too, but those recommendations are rare . I go to LA fitness and there are lots of machines that can do the same exercise, but the app won’t recommend those ever . I wish there was an option where I could choose the gym I go to, and the app would know what machines that gym has and then make workout recommendations based on that because I feel like the app doesn’t know that “some” machines even exist. Last but not least, monthly fee could be cheaper since there are tons of apps out there that are way cheaper and some of them are better. I purely wrote this review to help the app and the team, and I’m willing to help the team about the issues I have with the app. Please just let me know

This app is amazing. The only thing is that you can’t see the next day work out. I’d like to see it so I can plan ahead of time. I like to read the instructions and watch the mini video of each workout so I can do it correctly, but unfortunately I have to wait to the next day to see the next workou... Show more t and that’s why I’m still looking for another workout app.
I even bought the premium version hoping I would be able to see the next day work out, but it’s not available either way
