I have a problem with RadioPublic

No current problems

- Mark all as heard button is labeled the same as mark all as unheard

- No account option to transfer heard podcasts between phones

- No feedback button

- Notifications don’t seem to be working

- Import from Apple podcasts hung

- Edit button on customize home page

- Smart folders tab links to customize home page

- No idea what the promotions tab is

- Constantly crashing

- Unresponsive buttons

- Unable to get customer support

App keeps stopping. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Tried clearing cache. Problem still occurs.

To resolve RadioPublic network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the RadioPublic App
1. On android, goto Settings » RadioPublic » click [Force Stop]

Clear RadioPublic App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RadioPublic » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RadioPublic.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RadioPublic » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RadioPublic » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RadioPublic
