Well, I downloaded MoneyFellows back in 2018 or 2019 ( can’t recall) and I couldn’t use MoneyFellows when I needed because the circles were like 5000 total and I needed more than that.
And MoneyFellows customer service called me several time to make me use it and I told them that I need more than just a total of 5000. And they kept calling till they told me that the my added more circles that have more.
After couple years, I decided to download MoneyFellows again and use it, so I was updating my info.
And here was the shock, I have to ask the company that I work for to send me a document every 3 months mentioning my salary!!! First the company is not in Egypt, and they follow the Egyptian requirements ( like having stamps and that kind of stuff) and also they don’t have a HR department to handle such things.
Also My contract is permanent contract which means I don’t have to send a new one every 3 months!!!
And when I contacted the customer service on the live chat of MoneyFellows , it was total waste of time !! And slow at responding back, like they take 5-10 mins to reply back on the chat for each message.
I don’t recommend this if your time is precious to yourself!!
MoneyFellows is unusable!! when i click to choose the salary, i can’t click on anything else after
ابلكيشن معندوش التزام ولا عنده مصدقيه و منتهى القرف ومدوخنى على قبض الجمعيه ونصيحه محدش يتعامل معاهم بجد وانا كنت داخله معاهم كذا جمعيه تانيه لغتها بجد انا غلطانه انى وثقت فيهم ومفيش احترام للمواعيد ان الواحدعنده التزامات ولو اتاخرنا يوم يقوللولنا هيبقى عليكم غرامه و هما عادى يتاخره
مش هدخل تاني معاهم ابلكيشن بقي سيء جدا جدا وعدم موافقتهم انكً تاخد الاوراق اللي انت مضيت عليها بعد ما سددت كل مبالغهم تخوف شويه والعميل المنتظم اللي عمره ماتاخر قسط جمعيه عليهم مش عارف يختار مكان في اول الجمعيه بقي عندهم عملاء جداد واغبياء لان العميل القديم المنتظم في اكتر من جمعية وبيدفع قبل معاده مفيش Risk منه هتخلص الجمعية وهمسح الابلكشين علي طول
بصراحة مدة الجمعيات قصيرة وسيئة جدا لان الرسوم المرتفعه مع مدة الجمعية وهي 10 شهور علي الاكثر يخلي اختيارك للتطبيق مضيعه للمال والوقت فيه تطبيقات منافسة ومدتها 18 شهر تقريبا ورسومها اقل وانا اتوقع انها اختيار افضل من ماني فيللوز ياريت يكون فيه جمعيات 20 شهر
Older version is better than the current one, was more simple and very clear.
Now i can’t understand these newly added interface.

It wouldn’t let me get passed the phone number confirmation page. Entered my phone number in several different ways but it never let me click the next button.
It keeps rejecting my national card and I don’t know why
التطبيق كفكره ممتازه لكن زمان كان تقدر تدخل اي جمعية وتقبض في اي اسم وبفارق مصاريف ادارية بسيطة الان اصبحت بتوصل ل ١٠٪ من قيمه الجمعيه وده رقم كبير برجاء تعديل نسب الجمعيات وخصوصا في الاسماء الاولي

الابليكشن مش شغال بعد التفعيل يشتغل نطلع منه وندخل تاني الاقي الشاشه بيضاء لازم امسحه وأنزله تاني وأفعله مش معقول كده رجاء حل المشكله
