App crashing

I am not able to access my providers ebt account

I am noticing that there are expenses being done when I am not using my card, I need to know who is using my money. I already reported this problem last month. I need money for my bills not for some idiot to use it for games

App is not working it ßays every code I put in is wrong it won't let me register

why is my card declining when i have funds ???? nobody is answering my phone calls whats the issue ???? its my money i wan it now!!!! after i get accesss to my funds i am deleting my acount and canceling my direct deposit !!!!!!!!!!!

My Providers app has not been working on my iPhone SE. It works okay on android, but not on the iPhone any more. It used to work. iphone SE OS 15.7.1 Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

Providers app shows purchases on caregiver's iPhone but does not show purchases on Mother/Guardian's Android phone.

Trouble reaching states ebt system.

Having trouble getting the app to show benefits and it saying password I put in too many times and just trying to keep up with my benefits.

I forgot my username and password and I have been trying to reset my account, but it won’t let me because it keeps saying my security answer is wrong when I know it’s not wrong. I also have a new card number, but I don’t think that’s the problem. Is there a human I can talk to?

I’ve never been able to see my recent transactions. Keep getting “error 17”

The app isn't updating at all for the last 5 days. Keeps saying it's having difficulty connecting and to try again shortly. But still isn't working for 5 day.

New phone and when I touch the providers button it won’t open

Got a new phone and was trying to add my apps and Providers will not let me re-set my login information. Keeps saying my answer to security question is wrong and I know it is not wrong. Please respond. Calling the number is no help.

I got a new iPhone and transferred all my apps and data from a backup and I tried to login to check my pending balances and it’s not accepting my security question. It’s not letting me reset my account or anything what do I do?????

Every time I try doing the app it does not work I even put in the information and it still doesn't work it keeps saying it doesn't match up with the system please try to get it fixed as soon as possible because I'd like to know my food stamp balance

i got a new ebt card cause the other got lost..so when i try to set up new account with new card says im already in system because of my social its been a while so i dont know my user ..password or security question so what can i do i uninstalled the app and retried to create an account tells me the same thing ..how can i get back able to use the providers app with my new card..thank you

I am locked out of the Provider's app because the system won't accept my answer to the security question " In what city were you born?" I answer either Roanoke or Roanoke, VA and it will not accept either answer. I contacted my state by calling social services in Roanoke City and they have been no help. How do I reset the security questions and answers? This app needs to be more user friendly.

I forgot my user ID and Password and have tried over and over to reset it. However it won’t accept the new logon information. Its very difficult to get someone on the phone. This app needs to be updated and restructure login issues when you forget the info…

Its showing me debit amount, when I only get food stamps, what wrong with the app. It has never done this before.. Deleting it until it is fixed Disappointed

I am unable to login into my provider's account, even when I try to log in with my google account, it will not let me reset or create an account, it sends a link that does not work and even when a passcode is sent and put in, it does not work. This has been going on now for a week, what is wrong with this app, somebody needs to be fixing it.

I see everything but my balance, why?

I can not log into the app, The app says the password is wrong and will not allow me to reset the password cause it says security questions are incorrect. I have tried for two days now to reach someone by the number on the back of the card and noone answers I have screen shots of being on hold for over 50 minutes. I have emailed the company and had one person in three days email back only with the connect ebt link, even tho in the email he read i stated the website and app does not work for me to log into . I just need my account fully reset so i can create a new one at this point .

My snap info us no longer showing on my providers app. I have made calls and emails and nobody knows why or how to help. Just a week ago my snap info was there and now it's not. I can not even reset. Your app needs fixed.
